I think Bloody Mary has done amazingly well! I'd have predicted it around 7th before seeing the results (but then that comes with BTW and MTN underperforming in this). A great track and totally haunting/atmospheric <3

With the same score as the 4th placed track, Heavy Metal Lover sneaks ahead because it received more 11 scores compared to Bloody Mary! An instrumental of the song was initially used on several Gagavision episodes. It was the last song to be recorded for the album and is a power-pop industrial anthem about owning the streets and rebelliously partying. It has outrageously fun lyrics and has Gaga at her most overtly sexy at times. It's done phenomenally well here, storming into the top 3 with its house beats, electronic pulses and distorted vocals.

This is a HUGE contender for favourite album track on this album for me! The other competitor is Scheiße, but I go through phases where this overtakes that in my affections. What a stupendously sexy, outrageous, in your face ANTHEM about having fun and being unashamedly sexy and rebellious. Love, love, love!

Is this a shock? The 3rd single from the album crashes out in second place, being beaten by an album track! Initially released as a promotional single, its roaring success on iTunes and adoration from pretty much everyone meant it was upgraded to fully fledged single. It's a song that speaks of the last moments on earth and it does this through a gloriously euphoric electro-rock, dance production. It features Clarence Clemons on saxophone and harks back to Bruce Springsteen and 80s glamorous pop. The music video is simple for Gaga's standards but shows her free on the streets embracing her life and the world around her.

Which means after 10 years of having this album in our lives, your favourite track off it, is this! Written and produced by Gaga and RedOne, the song was first introduced as a remix during a Thierry Mugler fashion show held in early 2011. It features intensely heavy pounding synths and a rapid techno beat that doesn't once let up. Lyrically, Gaga sings in a sort of faux-German, actual German and exclaims about her feminsit identity and instills a huge proclamation of female empowerment. The song has gone on to become a huge favourite on the album from fans but also from Gaga who has included it in multiple tours and live performances (the Born This Way Ball, the Joanne Tour, Enigma shows and the opening of her Coachella performance). The song is about not giving a shit (literally) about the bullshit that comes with being a strong, independent person, and dispells everything that gets in your way when being brave. A humongous song, a gigantic moment on the album and your favourite song from the album!

Oh my what a winner!!! And what a top 3 *.*
