December 5, 20213 yr I thought Dami Im said she was going to be returning? She’s just announced she’s pregnant and due in May so that clearly indicates that she will not be doing Eurovision this year.
February 18, 20223 yr This is basically Sheldon Riley's to lose - especially since I can really see this being elevated live. H3hm_dz4KJw
February 21, 20223 yr My ratings: 1. Not The Same (9/10) 2. I Suck At Being Lonely (9/10) 3. My Body (7/10) 4. LITTLE FIRES (7/10) 5. Dreamer (6/10) 6. We Are One (6/10) 7. Electrify (6/10) 8. I Won't Need to Dream (6/10) 9. To The Bottom (5/10) 10. When I'm With You (5/10) 11. Bite Me (4/10) Overall rating: 6.36/10 Top 5 rating: 7.6/10 Sheldon and Charley are two standouts here. The bangers would definitely not give Australia a good result I think but the ballads can bring something really special. Edited February 26, 20223 yr by 💙💛uhsting💙💛
February 26, 20223 yr Australia had three good options between this, Voyager and Jaguar Jonze but I think this could actually do really well for them!
February 26, 20223 yr I'm hearing this for the first time. Perhaps it's a grower but jeez this is so formulaic for me at the moment.
February 27, 20223 yr Agreed, it's not bad but it's very much like a local who just watches the final because their family does had to write what they thought a Eurovision ballad would sound like
February 27, 20223 yr I actively dislike this. It'll be hard for anything to take bottom of my rankings this year away from this awful song. Even Bulgaria has more to offer than this.
February 27, 20223 yr I like the masked aspect of this, I don't know that I'd listen to it divorced from that performance aspect to it, but even without it it's decent balladry, and with it, a message and a look - all good things for Eurovision. I heard a good portion of the NF last night and I don't think there was much better on offer save Voyager, which would have been brilliant but I can live with this. as long as some proper modern rock actually gets selected
February 27, 20223 yr Message: 10 Look 8: Voice: 0 Song: 0 This year's entries are as bad as normal people think Eurovision songs are. Edited February 27, 20223 yr by Colm
March 14, 20223 yr The pure performance and emotion in this song is amazing. It’s defo one of my early favourites
March 14, 20223 yr So they had prog rock, which sounds like it would have won for them, and they went for ... this formulaic, ten a penny ballad?! Mmkaay. I suppose they didn't want the costs of hosting it in London.
March 14, 20223 yr I certainly can't sing as well as Sheldon Riley and his song just hits differently compared to the rest. I wish him giving Australia a really good result. +12
March 14, 20223 yr He can hold a note but those notes are not in a very pleasant order for me and his voice just grates.
