seeing Jade in LA making her way around a lot of producers is kinda heartwarming cause even though Perrie + Leigh are resting she's just trooping around the west coast getting smashes to bring home.

 

She and MNEK were working together and then Jax Jones and now today she's with Tayla again. It's nice to see life beyond "Between Us"

 

edit: ABBA have done 80k preorders in the UK in just 3 days so we are absolutely screwed for a #1/#2 now lol

It’s still out of stock for me :(

maybe someone just cancelled so it was like a few copies re-added? it's Monday so if cancellations came over the weekend they'd be cancelled today

I bought all 3 girls picture discs on the day they came out :wub: Same with the Confetti era I bought all four girls picture discs.

Musicweek(?) released the info because it's a massive record broken, I don't think we'll find out Little Mix's rough estimate for a while.

 

Honestly 80k for 3 days is insane, it will probably be doing more now that the tour tickets are out - I can see ABBA Gold returning to the top 5/10 as well, which again, may put them at risk lol.

Still, I just listened to Between Us from YouTube, and really Little Mix have had bops after bops after bops. Nobody seems to talk about how amazing DNA (song) is.

I'm perched. I love ABBA, and I love Adele too!

I really wish they'd press more Perrie Picture Discs surely there's time!

 

It's so annoying that there's clearly demand for more but they're not bothering (even if it was up for pre-order a couple of weeks after release)

the colour disks are still to come though. they'll probably start using those once the picture disk stock dwindles or as a way to drive up pre-orders in October

The Wanted are now also releasing a greatest hits on the 12th November.

Can’t see them doing better than Little Mix though.

Not really, just that they can't wait for the tour and that they've already had meetings about it!

They kind of suggested they're not stopping after the tour. They said they will take time out now and enjoy motherhood then re-start next year.

The fact that the lead single is shaping up to be one of their worst performing singles in years, makes the fact its branded as a new studio album instead of a Greatest Hits package which it is even more of a mistake.

I really don’t see how the album not being branded as a greatest hits makes any difference. If anything I think it would performed worse as a greatest hits as less people would check it out if it’s all old songs.
