Just listened to this album, aside from all of the singles ('Try Better Next Time' grew on me a lot and I liked 'Happy Birthday In The Sky' too so 4 for 4 for me) the other biggest standouts for me on first listen are 'The Prodigal', 'Hugz', 'Sad White Reggae', 'Twin Demons' and 'Went Missing', it's a very consistently enjoyable album though, I think 'This Is What You Wanted' is the only real dud on there.

went to see them live on Saturday, basically they played the entire new album + very very few few oldies and not the bestest

so they completely skipped the first 2 albums, nothing from them played, and only a couple songs from the early 00s good albums

so the only song I really really loved from the entire setlist was The Bitter End

then the encore was 2 covers, Tears for Fears and Kate Bush, I understand them playing RUTH but could have done without the TFF cover

and would have preferred another classic single like something from the first albums.

bit disappointed overall, I kinda understand why some artists get bored of their big hits and Placebo probably are over Nancy Boy or Pure Morning but they could have thrown us some more good oldies...
