Great new show on Radio 2 and BBC Sounds. Each episode is 60 mins and looks at each individual year through the decade with music, news and affairs of the time from 2000 to 2010. Tracks have been edited into a first verse (sometimes the second too) and chorus with instrumentals which are interspersed with news and pop culture clips.

 

I'm waiting patiently for an actual show like the rest of the decades on the station but this'll do for now!

I’ve listened to the first three episodes. Everything about the 2000 one felt spot on but I feel there were some big misses in terms of songs for 2002.
