February 9, 20223 yr None thus far. I would love him to coordinate these releases one day so he gets a top 5 hit!
February 10, 20223 yr I've not listened to the studio version yet but I really enjoyed the live performance of 'Everything's Electric', based on that I think it may be my favourite of his solo singles to date - most of the previous ones haven't really stuck with me much.
February 10, 20223 yr When if at all is there a vinyl/cd/cassette release for this single? It's a shame there's no physicals to give it an extra boost this time like there was with Shockwave since Everything's Electric has done better on streaming but such is life.
February 11, 20223 yr I listened to the song last Friday and it didn't leave much of an impression (I don't think I was paying 100% attention whilst working tbf), I didn't really enjoy the Brits performance but hearing the song again today it really clicked!
February 12, 20223 yr Author It’s been confirmed that Ezra from Vampire Weekend will feature on the track ‘Moscow Rules’!!
February 12, 20223 yr Author Wish VW would release a new album, it’s been years! Only 3 years since Father of the Bride now, that’s quite short for VW’s recent output! Though the latest update I can see for it came at the end of December last year, saying they were “close” to having enough songs completed for the album ;)
February 12, 20223 yr Fingers crossed for 2022 then, 3 years is a long time for such an iconic band 😁
February 18, 20223 yr Author Saxophones have also been confirmed on some tracks on the album :cheeseblock:
March 26, 20223 yr Author Liam is currently filming the video for ‘Better Days’, so it seems like that will be the second single! Liam first announced it quite a few months back to be the lead single.
April 1, 20223 yr Author Here it is! A bit different from Liam, very reminiscent of Beady Eye tbh. I love how it builds throughout to that epic sax at the end. A good choice to release as a grat I think, showing off a different side to him. I'm sure the next single 'Better Days' will be another banger. pX6VDWPnOjU
April 9, 20223 yr Author Not only is "C'MON YOU KNOW" out on 27th May, but also the live album 'Down by the River Thames'! There are bundles on his store with both together, but it can also be bought individually. I wonder if Liam can chart at both #1 and #2 with them? Tracklisting: 1. Hello 2. Wall of Glass 3. Halo 4. Shockwave 5. Columbia 6. Fade Away 7. Why Me? Why Not. 8. Greedy Soul 9. The River 10. Once 11. Morning Glory 12. Cigarettes & Alcohol 13. Headshrinker 14. Supersonic 15. Champagne Supernova 16.
