Wish I was! Excited to see him do well with this album

I wish I was too but literally no one I've asked will go with me :lol:

 

Had my first listen to the album and it's great! Standout tracks for me were Superpower, Starwoman and Gone Gone Gone. But every track sounded good so I'm sure with repeated listens I'm going to love this album :)

The artwork etc around Mark's album is really nice ..

Surprised how good this is as I wasn’t that big on the singles. I like them as part of the album but particularly really enjoyed Starwoman, Rio, Being Human and Come Back. But the whole album is great.

World and Boy I'm really liking, world is prob my fave track on the whole album at this early stage but the singles are are also great, being human is good too, not sure on starwoman I like it but I don't like the rising vocal when he sings the word starwoman but i like all the other parts of the song way more. I'm well pleased with the album..

Being human is very good but world and boy are ahead of it for me. I'm excited for his midweek chart position on Monday, fingers crossed its safely in the top 10 but I'm hoping it might start the week top 5.

From other news albums also out this week 5 seconds of summer could possibly go number 1 and its likely d block Europe will also enter higher than mark, harry styles will be back in the top 5 this week so it could start the week at 4 or 5 if the multi format strategy has worked for him, signings should keep him propped up through the week.

Wow that is a great surprise for any fan. Fingers crossed for good midweeks today.

Im gona be hopeful and predict Mark will be Top 5 in todays mids.

Number 2 in the mids absolute over the moon for Mark as its so deserved and a long long time coming.

 

4,522 sales already in the bag so Top 10 is secure.

I really don't think he has any chance of number 1 as sales will be front loaded but hopefully he can stay top 5.

Mark has always been a very talented songwriter and he proved it once again.

 

In a case this album would be released by Harry nowadays he would have even bigger success.

 

I've been very upset to know Mark's unsuccessful chart story - absolutely can't believe in it! It's very undeserved.

All of his solo albums must be in Top-10 at least.

 

 

Half of the new album could be Take That material very easy.

It’s crazy that the art of doing nothing is his highest charting record to date, at 29. This will be his first top 10, I hope!
