This year has been a much better year than last year, I got a new job, new car and got to listen to a lot of amazing music. It's wasn't a great year, far from it, but at least it was better.

 

The last time I made a Year-End list, I almost forgot to finish year and I stopped it during my exam days and finished it this month. But now, I have the time to make the Year-End list, hopefully until January 2022.

 

Firstly, I'll count down the albums of the year, before going to my top 200 songs of the Year, yes 200 not 300 like I did last year. Let's see what happens how long I'll do it until the end.

 

But before I'll get to it, let's look at last year's top 10 singles:

1. Boomdabash - Karaoke (feat. Alessandra Amoroso)

Last year, Boomdabash got their second Year-End #1 song with "Karaoke", becoming the first group to get the top song in my EOY chart (not the first artist though, Dua Lipa was the first to do it back-to-back in 2017 and 2018). Could Boomdabash make history and get to #1 for three years in a row with "Mohicani"?

As usual with the Albums countdown, I've heard songs from all those albums but not listened to any of them in full! I am quite a fan of Tom Grennan so should probably give his a listen at some point, 'Little Bit of Love', 'This Is The Place' and 'Never Be A Right Time' are all great singles.

I did quite like Psycho! That sort of music is usually a bit too pop-py for my liking but I really got on board with it, there was something great about it. Should probably give more of that album a listen!

Now, here comes the big one: The Top 200 Songs of the Year, this will be formatted like this: First I'll talk about the 50 songs that didn't made the cut, from #201 to #250 and then finally we get to the main course, the 200 songs of the year, there will be a couple of leftovers from the past year, including many surprises, songs from different countries, a lot of different artists and genres and mostly out of the mainstream bubble, these are the songs I loved the most and will remember for the year 2021.
