yes the 1st week x Damn was streams + downloads only:

Released thus far only digitally, Damn debuts at No.2 while setting a new personal best sale (31,543) for Lamar, with 10,318 of its sales coming from paid-for downloads, the remainder (21,225) from streaming, on which metric it becomes the first album to topple Divide. All 14 songs from Damn are in the Top 100, with 12 in the Top 75, Humble hurtling 31-6 to become Lamar's first Top 10 hit. Full details can be found in this week's singles analysis.

Kendrick looks like favourite if that’s anything to go by especially as there’s pretty big anticipation for new material from him from my view!

Feels like only yesterday I was stressing about whether Everything Everything's last album would make the top 5 or not and here they are with another album already.

This one hasn't even had the token crumb of Radio 1 support their last album had, and after last time I'm not going to place too high expectations on them again, so I think I'll just wait for the mids to assess how this one will be doing  it appears it does have its full physical release coordinated for this week at least so hopefully it won't embarrass itself too much.

I've been enjoying the last few singles from that Subjective album as well (wasn't familiar with the main artists - the name Goldie rings a bell but couldn't name a song by him - but I was roped in by a single featuring Tom Misch and subsequently checked out the following singles too) so would be nice to see that charting somewhere.

Oh yeah Harry Styles has an album out too. x

An early look - it’s a shame Foals didn’t release this week! But I get that they wanted the album out before Glasto

1. Luke Combs

2. Porcupine Tree

4. Shaggy

5. Alexisonfire

7. Coheed and Cambria

10. MUNA

11. Eric Clapton live

12. Regina Spektor

13. ELVIS soundtrack

15. Christine McVie

17. Alestorm

20. Black Stone Cherry live

Harry almost certainly getting another week at #1 based on that list (first time since Ed Sheeran at the start of the year that an album will have 2 weeks in a row at #1 if he is #1 tomorrow as well). Would be cool if Porcupine Tree can get a first top 10/20 album following Steven Wilson's recent higher charting solo albums.

kinda dead week without any big release! rooting for MUNA to do well <3 for some reason I thought Paolo Nutini was out today but it's next week
