I do with they playlisted Alesso and Muse. Also, I think R1 should play uncensored versions of explicit songs after 9pm for instance, if they play ABCDEFU after 9, they should play it in its explicit form

I have to agree with this. Both on muse and explicit tracks. I think abcdefu might be an edge case these days though in that the only issue with it is the swearing rather than drugs, sexism, gang lyrics, oversexualised content and other stuff R1 won't want to condone even past 9pm.

I swear they used to do this with the rock show when it was on at midnight years ago but I might be imagining that. (might still do I ain't listened in years)

They won't play GAYLE or anything else from the playlist after 9pm as there's no daytime playlist oriented shows after this time. Some specialist shows occasionally play explicitly songs and will air a brief warning at the start to advise of this

Tune of the Week w/c 17/01/22

Arielle Free: Ben Hemsley - Love, Peace & Harmony

Greg James: Gang Of Youths - in the wake of your leave

Rickie, Melvin and Charlie: The Weeknd - Sacrifice

Scott Mills: Belters Only feat. Jazzy - Make Me Feel Good

Vick and Jordan: Blxst - About You

I haven’t heard it on the evening show so strange Greg James is straight in there with record of the week, must check it out!

To my knowledge it's Jack Saunders giving them support instead of Clara

I see, I always thought the songs could be played on a variety of evening shows.
Of course they can but some of the specialist DJs champion their own artists too. Most of those shows have DJ input for the playlist so they pick and choose what they play rather than the producers
