Oh I see you meant Bobby Slater, not bobby beale! Bobby slater is a good actor tbh.

Also, I wish Janine came back-after wrongful imprisonment ag the hands of the murderous Saint Cartwrs, after Shirley AND Linda both tried to off her in the same night, just after the iron, and just walked in and nonchalantly said: so! This is hkw we hide him. Duff suff duff.

Booby is a terrible actor. His character is better than ben's though, so axe Ben first!

So y'all are telling me that Stacey, tough as an old boot, who has had tons of fights, can't even fight off - even a little - a waif of a man, who has never had a fight nor stepped int he gym in his loife?! Come off it! Pull the ovva one

Bobby Beale is actually played by a very talented actor who has completely transformed the role and managed to humanise a child killer in adulthood, something that actually happened even before a competent producer joined the show. And given you think Mischa Barton is some sort of acting guru, I don’t really trust you to judge anyone’s acting.

And you do realise that Stacey isn’t a gimmick character, right? She’s been in the show almost 20 years and has had some great development in that time. Theo may not seem physically threatening but it’s been psychological which is just as damaging. Stacey has been abused by men before and is currently living with three children and a grandchild all under the age of 16 and she has been separated from her children twice over the past ten years when serving jail time she wouldn’t want to risk again. One of her children has also already lost his father. She has been broken by this treatment from Theo. This storyline has absolute depth, something Stacey’s storylines had been missing for so long.

But I also feel to make light of Stacey’s situation and claim it’s unrealistic flies in the face of women who have been stalked and abused in real life. It can happen to anyone, even to men. People can be destroyed by psychological abuse but would you dare say to a woman ‘you’re harder than that man so why didn’t you just deck him’? Would you even think to say that to a real person who was the victim of abuse? You champion yourself as the ultimate feminist and yet you’re almost making like of a woman’s suffering?

Honestly, your observations of the show are so vacuous, you may as well not bother.

He is an AWFUL actor. None of his lines seems real, ans he's incredibly wooden.

This show is firing on *all* cylinders right now and I can't wait to watch each episode. I watch about 20 mins before I have to leave for work, have been so gutted at having to pause it recently!!!

He portrays an awkward young man excellently. Nice to see you ignore every other point I made.

Of course I'm gonna ignore your aggressive rant. Not worth my time to even blink at it.

He doesn't - he is wooden and has all the acting and emotional range of an overgrown, woody turnip.

I mean the character is supposed to be awkward? It's not like we have a comparative performance from Clay to say that's his acting style at all. Considering the nature of the character he plays it rather well.

Nice gaslighting by saying I gave an ‘aggressive rant’. It is clearly no such thing. It’s insight from someone who regularly watches the show and tells things like they are. ‘Aggressive rant’ is essentially your posting style so try not to throw stones from your glass house and instead address the points like a grown up.

There you go again - very aggressive. Watch me as I just casually stroll past your anger. Grow up.

There's acting awkward and doing it well, and actually acting - see that man in Fantastic Bestias - and then there's just not being able to act. His linrs are emotionless and flat. He is very stiff and wooden as an actor, and fortunately for him that cam come across as awkward... but it's not natural acting. It's just his wooden performance.

Wow what a dull week we have here then. I'm finding it really hard to care for Jay at this point. Whilst I get the angle the writers are coming from, are drugs and violence really the best route to go down? It feels a little been there, done that, and really out of character for him. Yes, Lola died, but grief manifests itself in many other ways than just substance abuse. Ben will hit the roof when he finds out, though it'll probably end up with Callum being berated more than Jay because he hasn't said anything to him about it.

Rocky can definitely pack his bags now lol. Another tired story of a gambling addiction that will inevitably end up with him being pushed out by Kathy. I do wonder how bad it'll get or

if he will be a casualty in the cafe fire that's apparently happening

.

Maybe Sharon should leave for a year? We know she doesn't go but I'll be miffed if what Karen said to Keanu tonight manifests as him being the groom at the wedding? Their engagement has already been on and off twice this year, why would Sharon now change her mind and marry him? I can't keep up with it. Dorian can stay though (helllooooooo).

Hope they kill him off at the weddigm, then Sharon can leave for a year. JOKE that man is pretending to be father of thr year NOW IT SUITS HIM, with him tryna steal Lisa's baby.
Kathy and Honey's brief chat was lovely. PLEASE can they use Emma Barton more?! She's such a talented actress and she really shines when she's given more serious stories instead of just being bogged down with the market inspector shite.
I agree it was quite a dull week, I suppose it's been firing on all cylinders pretty much since the Cindy week so it was bound to slow down a bit. Keanu is the least interesting character in the entire soap right now and I feel like the writers don't really know what to do with Sharon (and haven't for ages) so she's unfortunately boring me too. I hope this comes good by Christmas so the Six storyline isn't disappointing on her part.
Everyone seems to have had their time to shine from The Six apart from Linda. What's her story going to be? She's not even been in it with her own family these past few weeks
Please don't tell me they're going to have Sharon fall for Keanu's bullshit and this storyline between them drags out for the next couple of months :drama:
I like how they havnt shoehorned Cindy into everything, sometimes soaps go for overkill when a character returns but i think her return has had a great impact but doesnt completely dominate the show.
