Having taken a break of about 4 years since I last did my own Now Reviews (which ended abruptly at Now 98), I have now resumed service and restart from Now 99 which you can vote for and review here;

Please do visit and share your thoughts on this volume from 2018. ^_^

I love these threads. Especially the disc 3 ideal track listings.

Also the cover for NOW 82 is here and it's lovely.

It's nice that US team are going outside the 80s box that the UK team are stuck in. The pride one is also getting a vinyl release. Both spin-offs look amazing

They should do the UK NOW 112 cover exactly the same as the US NOW 82 cover. And they should include one of the Wanted’s unreleased songs on there whether it’s "Colours" or "Stay Another Day" as a tribute to Tom Parker

Have to say NOW 111 is one of the best NOWs in a while, great mix

Now 11 good despite the 2 missing tracks, all appear to be the correct versions which is good

If any it’ll probably be “Glad You Came” I imagine.

(And I’m not sure what’s “unreleased” about those two songs!)

GYC originally appeared on NOW 79. They should at least add a classic Wanted song that hasn’t been on a NOW before such as "Heart Vacancy"

The audience isn’t going to be worrying about what appeared on an album 10 years ago though, it just makes sense to have the biggest track as the tribute for him rather than a more random single.

Even though it’s Now 111’s release date today (yes I have bought myself a copy!) I still have managed to collate a strong and almost complete list of songs that I am predicting to see on the next volume released in July (assuming that is the case);

1. Fireboy DML & Ed Sheeran – Peru

2. Camila Cabello feat. Ed Sheeran – Bam Bam

3. Dave – Starlight

4. Aitch & Ashanti – Baby

5. ArrDee – Come & Go

6. Dove Cameron – Boyfriend

7. Tate McRae – chaotic

8. Wet Leg – Chaise Longue

9. Sam Fender – Getting Started

10. Charli XCX – Baby

11. Griff & Sigrid – Head On Fire

12. Becky Hill & Galantis – Run

13. Lizzo – About Damn Time

14. Megan Thee Stallion & Dua Lipa – Sweetest Pie

15. The Weeknd – Out Of Time

16. Charlie Puth – That’s Hilarious

17. J Balvin & Ed Sheeran – Sigue

18. Craig David feat. Duvall – My Heart’s Been Waiting For You

19. The Wanted – Gold Forever 2021

20. Clean Bandit feat. A75 – Everything But You

21. Joel Corry, David Guetta & Bryson Tiller – What Would You Do?

22. David Guetta, Becky Hill & Ella Henderson – Crazy What Love Can Do

23. Mabel, Jax Jones & Galantis – Good Luck

24. Nathan Dawe feat. Ella Henderson – 21 Reasons

25. Disclosure & RAYE – Waterfall

26. Wilkinson & Issey Cross – Used To this

27. Vibe Chemistry feat. Songer, Mr Traumatik, Devilman & OneDa – Balling

28. Bad Boy Chiller Crew – BMW

29. Belters Only feat. Jazzy – Don’t Stop Just Yet

30. Navos x Galantis feat. You – What It Feels Like

36. Shawn Mendes – When You’re Gone

37. Tom Grennan – Remind Me

40. Lewis Capaldi – TBA

41. James Bay – Give Me The Reason

42. 5 Seconds Of Summer – Take My Hand

43. Ed Sheeran & Taylor Swift – The Joker And The Queen

Obviously a number of these songs which have been confirmed as the artist’s next single haven’t been released yet, but anticipate them to be added based on the artists past success.

The only thing I on the new edition of the NOW 11 CD is that the sound quality is much higher than the first edition

I think if we get NOW 12 reissued in July there are two tracks which definately will be missing

Heart's These Dreams and The Timelords Doctorin' The Tardis (being the KLF and their tracks are never on compilation albums or streaming services).

I remember their tracks were on the NOW 10th Anniversary series back in 1993 but not since.

The latest compilation that "These Dreams" appeared on was 80s Rock Down which was released in August last year so there’s a possibility that it could be on the NOW 12 reissue. As for Heart, "Barracuda" still appears frequently on compilations. I also remember the KLF appearing on NOW Decades back in 2003

What I don’t understand (and invite someone to explain to me) is how songs which were given the all clear some 30 or so years ago and which had official licenses to be included in the compilation series aware now no longer valid? It’s like the Now series have to almost “reapply” all over again for permission to include the music that they exclusively got the rights to feature on their volumes before, and it’s not even a new volume, it’s a re-issue of the original volume. So why the problems getting all the tracks to feature???

Ouch! I can't see what Now 110's opening sales were, but that's over 5k below Now 109 last Summer.

(Wet Leg certainly are a bigger name than it now x)

Now 111 is Number 1 on the compilation charts this week with first week sales of 14,197.

It’s not helping when supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco are no longer selling CDs. People are having to rely on Amazon or HMV for their NOW CDs
