Talented new electronic artist signed to vaporwave label 100% Electronica. Her debut album Us Ephemeral was released today. It includes the great singles Potential Energy, title track and latest single Centrifuge Me *.*

I listened to the older singles from this album the other day and found none of them grabbed me as much as 'Us Ephemeral' from BJSC ('Potential Energy' was decent, the rest kind of went over my head) buuuut 'Centrifuge Me' is actually even better than 'Us Ephemeral' for me  vibey jungle banger ~

Yeah the earlier singles, Repress Reprise and Therma Maxima, aren't anything to write home about. Centrifuge Me and Rash Devices are the best of the new tracks (the latter is appearing on a couple of popular electronic playlists which is great to see).

New remix of Rash Devices out now. I'm glad it's getting a bit of a push. It's definitely the best track of what's left.

Right Now is the best thing she's put out since Us Ephemeral for me. The shoegaze riffs and chopped up vocals are just bliss

Kind of regret not voting for it in the Electronic Poll the other week but it's grown on me immensely since then

The opening reminds me of “Belfast” - tbf she did point to a lot of her influences and touchstone references for electronica being early 90s stuff like Opus III and Orbital so that would make a lot of sense. Very much looking forward to the album!

I too am a huge fan of chopped vocals, when done right it's just total perfection.

Here is the new single - “Ricochet” - bit more of a drum and bass vibe on this one with some ethereal vocals. Reminds me a bit of “Potential Energy” (my favourite of hers to date).
