Good win for Dean Young who defeats Ben Hancorn 6-3 to book his spot in the second qualifying round, making top breaks of 80, 55 and 51! Hancorn loses his tour card as a result!

Rebecca Kenna will be the 4th female on tour as she has won a tour card for the next season. She is also the 4th female to be playing in this years qualifiers. Mink, On Yee and Reanne all lost 6-2, Rebecca plays Gerrard Greene this afternoon

The Round 1 World Championship qualifiers have ended. Now higher-ranked players will enter the fray.

 

The likes of Dominic Dale, Michael Holt, Ken Doherty, Cao Yupeng, Thepchaiya Un-Nooh, Oliver Lines, Fergal O'Brien, Pang Junxu and Matthew Stevens will do battle.
