So nice to see the audience absolutely loving her. And rightly so!

 

She seemed to be on excellent form. Looked and sounded stunning.

Amazing. Love the reactions. And people singing to her most famous songs. She has worked hard to create her own little space, and she deserves this recognition. Also, loved that she said this is some sort of a training for next year Glasto. If you know what she meant.. :wub:

Being with Various Artists Management is a good thing for Mel. Their roster is pretty impressive. They have people like Tom Grennan, La Roux, The Libertines..

I really hope she’s releasing a cool new album and she’s not afraid to dare. We all accepted she’s not a #1 chart artists (she already had that with the girls plenty of times and by herself twice), and I think that’s a good reason to put quality first, and forget about super cheesy stuff a la Think About It for things that are worth buying a vinyl or more formats for.

Melanie is getting a lot of love on Instagram. I think she definitely won the crowd. Some stories even saying she was the best set of the weekend so far. Really proud of her. 25 years on from her first solo single and she’s playing Glastonbury. Well deserved 👏
