Billboard Hot 100 Final Predictions - June 4th, 2022

85. (+13) Hold My Hand [3 weeks]

:dancing:

Great news about it reaching #21 in the midweeks. That's quite the jump, I was expecting #30-#40, so great news indeed.

I'm hoping it'll rise more and more on Spotify UK now.

And why hasn't she released the Hold My Hand CD and cassette yet? Her flop manager strikes again.

It's a miracle given the song's meager playlist reach.

Up to #68 on Apple Music - is it on useful playlists there? Do we think we may have another Spotify climb too or is that wishful thinking?

I use Apple Music. Most of the songs what chart highly on both Apples chart and the official one are usually part of “Todays Hits” and it’s not on there as of yet but I think that’s updated daily so hopefully at some point it does get added onto there.

Hold My Hand is track number one on Gagas own “essentials playlist” on there but that’s the version from the soundtrack not the single version and it looks like it’s the single version whats charting just outside the top 70 (unless they’re combined I don’t quite know though). Hopefully it’s Spotify performance continues to rise like the units are so tight a just 1-2k of streams could really push her up. Maybe this will be its top 40 debut and it’s peak is still to come?

Major Apple Music playlists such as Hot Hits UK are updated every Monday and obviously their manager made no effort to include Hold My Hand on it yesterday even though he was aware the song had soared on the UK chart (as the artists and their managers/teams receive a report from all the charts around the world before they go public).
