Really enjoying ‘Down’ at the minute!

As am I! Grown on me quite a lot from my initial listen.

'Down' isn't a patch on 'Hungry Child' as far as Hot Chip lead singles go but it is still a good one, I am liking it more than the rest of the singles from that last album.

I really like everything so far, you can definitely hear the influence of Soulwax

So I'm finally listening to this and it's pretty great, I think it's their most immediate release to date and probably their most pop in a way. I'll need to listen to it a few times to remember what was what but there were at least about 6 tracks that I felt would immediately join their best material.

There aren't any songs on this that I liked anywhere near as much as 'Hungry Child' unforch but lots of good stuff on here - as well as 'Down' and the title track, my biggest highlights are 'The Evil That Men Do' (possibly my overall fave on the album), 'Out Of My Depth' (the strings on this <3) and 'Miss The Bliss'!
