Sam does radiate Måns likeable personality and both are proud of their Eurovision heritage.

Sam has truly shown Eurovision is not always a career curse.

Sam has done well on the back or Eurovision it opened so many doors for him and im glad to see how well he acknowledges it and he genuinely seems to have appreciate it so much. Its also good to see the BBC supporting him beyond the Eurovision itself as we havnt seen that happen for years.
He said it’s #2 on the OCC at the moment. Hopefully that means good sales to get closer to Silver 🙂
That's good, and hopefully it will hold up throughout the week, I'm sure there will be some sales on that will see some random albums climb aswell.
He might have said that but I don't know why considering Taylor, SZA and The Weeknd are big streamers. He will have a great uplift on sales and remaining in the top 10 after 4 weeks is great because nobody thought he would.

Number 12 in todays mids, not bad for week 5 and to be honest i was half expecting he would be struggling to be stay top 75/100 at this point so he is holding up very well.

Just listened to 'Put A Light On Me' yesterday for first time and it sounds an awful lot like Ed's song with Rudimental ('Lay It All On Me'). I like it though, very catchy and another one his voice excellently shines on.

I see it's being compared to that already

I’m expecting a brand new single around Eurovision time but it would be good to have Put a Light on Me as a single in the meantime.

Yes. I don’t hear the comparison except for the title but it has been mentioned. I think a lot of songs sound like something else for example the new Ava Max reminds me of ABBA or something else that I have figured out yet.

Sam’s been at Abbey Road a couple of times over the past few weeks for MTV and he’s going to LA next week so I wonder what he’s doing (btw no I’m not a stalker ).

It's the chorus for me mainly and the melody in both songs at some parts musically which sounds not too unfamilar to each other but fair enough. Although at least with Sam's he'd made his a bit more lively I guess.

My partner got me the album for Christmas. It’s really good. Probably best album from last year. What a voice. I hope he lasts longer than just a one hit wonder.

Album is 21 but sales are still fine.

Total sales - 48,660 (+3229).

I don't think he will release Put A Light On Me as a single or if he does it might be the only one. Scott [Mills] talked about his bestie and said he is busy writing new music in LA.
I’m not sure how he’s managed it but 51100 sales (approx.) in 6 weeks is good when he’s not in the streaming chart.
