Just been added to Radio 1 playlist with SGS. Here's a thread for both her singles here. I do prefer 'Sad Girl Summer' of the two personally but they are both great tracks. Very Pink sounding!

Ah well. I am OBSESSED! I love it. So much more polished than the Tik Tok pop/rock songs over the last few months (abcdefu, 10 Things I Hate About You etc..) very excited to see this actually has some kind of support! The chorus is major!

You still could Jon. Didn't stop 'Mayhem' getting sent to it after it had been on the playlist. Although how much the mods will accept in those things is debatable haha.

About time Cassyette has her own thread! Loved her Petrichor and Dear Goth and she is really good with the more out-there rock songs.

Must admit I was genuinely surprised to see her name appear in the Pop threads (even if a couple of singles are a bit polished). She's much harder sounding live (see vid). If it's up for debate I'd say move to the rock forum. It's where I'd noticed her absence

 

Enjoyed both her two singles this year so far, ‘Mayhem’ was no2 on my Pc!

Hope it's as good as 'Sad Girl Summer' was.

Here it is! It's already my favourite single of her's I think. The combination of her powerful vocals and the occasional scream works very very well.

 

She's also announced her debut 'mixtape'! 'Sad Girl' is out on November 10th.

Not much really, but albums usually get a lot more promo and are sometimes a little longer. Sometimes with rappers it tends to be where their more experimental music ends up, like Headie One’s ‘Gang’ last year, but not always!

Thanks was thinking it was more of a rapper thing but obviously not exclusively!

Casyette is such a star, I'm expecting a lot of big things to come from her in the future! Saw her live the other month and she killed it, definitely one to watch :wub:
