Claire could get away with doing eurovision as I know steps don't want to do it but solo Claire would have nothing to lose if its something she wanted as she could deliver a power ballad and she has enough stage presence to nail a strong performance.

It could indeed because of her voice. Still, I do hope Steps will enter. I think a song like Scared could definitely see them getting a nice score (and having some international success in the charts as well).

Everything about this release seems ok, including the average score it got here. Still..ok is not enough to become superstars, especially if you willingly left a big pop band like Steps. Oh, and do we remember Claire as a brunette with this release? <

Half a heart was a disappointing single at the time. It was one of those I want to like it more than I actually do moments.

I found it ok at the time but I wasn't convinced to buy it. 20 years on... still ok!

I bought it more as support.

Always liked Half A Heart and at the time I liked it more than DJ.
