March 13, 20232 yr Author The stripped back, Joanne era esque performance and look was so different to how I imagined the performance would be but I think it kinda worked :heart: This was probably amongst her least rehearsed major award performances too! She sounded great and there’s so few artists who could pull something like that off. In my head I was picturing a more orchestral verging on classical performance of the song as a stark contrast between the more powerful with elements of rock one that closed the Chromatica Ball. As always though, her talent and versatility shines and at least we got a Hold my Hand TV performance too :heart: ^ great summary - my exact thoughts! :heart:
