The third second round match sees the world champions take on Poland who got there by virtue of goal difference.

How do we see this one going?

Well it should be a comfortable victory for France when they bring back their well-rested first XI but don't count out Poland just yet. Any team with a world class striker only needs a moment or two of magic to pounce.

Wow this seems like a completely different Poland than the one we've seen so far.
A great 1st half and a great goal by Giroud.

France looking like they're about to score their second goal here pretty soon.

Kylian Mbappé has surpassed Pelé as the player to have scored the most goals in the World Cup before their 24th birthday.

Another fantastic goal from Mbappe, 3-0 to France, almost identical to his first.

Lewandowski scores at the second attempt and gets a consultation goal, 3-1 to France.

Comfortable win for France, I did think the Penalty was a bit pointless when France were 3-0 nil up and in added extra time, its not as if Poland were heading through.

If England win tonight, the Friday match will be entertaining, it could go all the way to Penalties, seems Bappe might cause a few problems for us, he seems to be firing all cylinders

France aren't playing scintillating football but their quality up front makes them massive contenders.
