December 7, 20222 yr Line of the night 'I don't want to go home at all.... but... i'm not gonna sh!t a brick over it' :D
December 7, 20222 yr Another great episode!!! Tom being proven wrong and send home, and also John being murdered, we love to see it!!! I wasn't too fond of the guys coming back as a twist, think the cast was strong as it is and I appreciated the ruthlessness of them going straight away tbh. I really don't like Alex, I just think she is incredibly dull and basic. I hope she goes soon. Also Maddy is a weirdo bringing up Aaron yet again. Other highlights were Meryl popping off rightfully at Maddy, Andreas little comments under her breath and Amanda playing an absolute masterclass in how to play this game.
December 7, 20222 yr Yeah I wasn't fussed about the two guys coming back as both seemed a little meh. I do find Maddie's reasoning so weird in terms of if we vote Wilf and he is a traitor then it proves Aaron is one. Like if your evidence was based on Aaron in the first place and that vote for him to leave, then just vote Aaron. Was good to see Meryl speak up at the end though as it sort of seemed she was just coasting along and not really doing anything. It was good to see John go and whilst I was sort of enjoying his chaos, Tom needed to go really. Amanda is playing this so well, I feel its only a matter of time before either Wilf or Alyssa are banished though. Unless Maddy is murdered then she'll probably keep on pushing Wilf, similarly Alex will probably keep coming back to Alyssa as well. Edited December 7, 20222 yr by ElectroBoy
December 7, 20222 yr Amanda is surely going to win! She's playing the game so so well. Agreed on not being a fan of the two guys coming back today. It undermines what was a brutal but effective twist in episode 1. I was also rooting for Meryl when she clapped back at Maddy  I feel like Maddy is starting to fall into the Tom category now and may not survive the table much longer but we'll see...
December 8, 20222 yr People seem to be popping off at Maddy and I think it’s a bit unfair because whilst we have all the information and know that she’s wrong, her reasoning isn’t as bad as most of the other people in there. Aaron’s OTT reaction to Wilfs vote was odd, and whilst we know he was just being emotional as we had a Birds Eye view of the evening, she didn’t. They don’t have much to go on, and especially when Wilf apologised to Aaron when he came back (when they have barely spoke all season) I can definitely see why she thinks they’re being suspicious. I think it’s a stronger reasoning than people just assuming that Alex/Tom is the traitor because they lied about their coupling despite the fact that, them outing their relationship was predictably their down fall and so why would he have done it if they were traitors? I defo haven’t worded this last part the best but I know what I mean haha!

I think it was more Wilf's vote was the straw that broke the camel's back. Aaron was clearly het up and distressed as the vote was going round and more and more people were voting for him. Its just a bit of bad luck that when Wilf voted for Aaron too it tipped him over the edge. Edited December 8, 20222 yr by ElectroBoy
December 8, 20222 yr After rooting for the traitors, I’m only rooting for Maddy now!! I can’t believe Wilf did that, get him out!!!
December 8, 20222 yr Meh I'm really disappointed in both of those results, Amanda not backing Alyssa up was an absolutely foolish move - she's stupid to think Wilf won't do the same to her and she was playing such a good game up until then!!! Then the most boring, basic girl you've seen replacing her as a traitor potentially - give me a break. I suppose it had to not go my way at some point! I'm also back in liking Maddy and I was probably too harsh on her really, I hope she continues to go hard on Wilf! The new guys are also really boring so far too and annoying they've outstayed some tbh.
December 8, 20222 yr I’ve been rooting for the traitors all the way through but I felt so bad for Alyssa, and went right off Wilf. It’s so ugly seeing how desperate people get to win some money but I feel like he will probably win. Maddie is the best, she dealt with Meryl in a much calmer way than I would have.

Yeah I'm starting to feel Wilf could win now - hopefully Maddy just stays on his ass and gets some on board!! I really thought Amanda and Alyssa were closer than that, I don't think Alyssa would've thrown her under the bus either and she would've been fine. A really foolish move and think it could come back to bite her.
December 8, 20222 yr I think Alyssa was the only one of the traitors who read really loyal to them, but I do think Amanda made the right decision. If Alyssa stayed she would just have gone the next time whereas everyone (bar Maddy haha) thinks they were wrong about Wilf.
December 8, 20222 yr  I'm sad for Alyssa! I mean, I kind of get the reasoning for that "back stabbing" from Wilfred and Amanda. People were becoming quite suspicious of Alyssa being quiet and withdrawn. I feel like she was struggling a bit to deflect the accusation, and that seemed to put her in a weaker position than Wilfred. Wilf seems to have a lot of people on side who resolutely have his back and trust in him (ugh). Wilfred was really only in the firing line because of Maddy's iconic determination to get him out. Clearly there's a few faithfuls in there who think Maddy is being ridiculous to target him and feel she's barking up the wrong tree, which sadly doesn't help her case. So that probably made Wilf a stronger choice to be kept around as a traitor than Alyssa? I guess the heat will be off him now because the faithfuls will be on a high about getting rid of a traitor. For some reason, Alyssa going appeared to make a few of the faithfuls feel like this vindicated Wilf?! As Maddy rightly pointed out - of course it could still be him! I'm not sure why they trust him so much. As a viewer, I would have preferred Wilf gone, and for his backstab to have backfired... but alas. I am generally still Team Traitors (well, at this point it's more like I'm Team Amanda) but I'm also seriously rooting for Maddy to get her moment to be proved right about Wilf! As viewers, we know that her logic isn't the exact truth of the matter... but as Billy pointed out, she's in there to play a game and she's really trying her best, and I admire her enthusiasm and single-mindedness! I love that she won't let it go, she's not being swayed like the others. I feel bad for her if she's getting heat on social media. Honestly I think she's the most interesting faithful remaining! #justice4Maddy A good point raised from Jack though - Amanda choosing to keep Wilf around might be dangerous. He has literally shown himself to not be loyal by coming for Alyssa in order to take the heat off himself. Whereas Alyssa hadn't shown any signs that she'd turn against her fellow traitors. Amanda asserting herself as a dragon that Wilf should not cross though... that's mother *.* I could actually see Amanda pulling the rug from underneath Wilf at some point if she feels it is in her best interests. That would be delicious x I'm ambivalent about Alex being selected to be a traitor. I actually agree with them that she was the most likely to accept the invitation over any others. We'll see how that one goes, maybe there's potential there. I can't believe we have to wait 6 days for the next episode!!

If Alyssa stayed she would just have gone the next time whereas everyone (bar Maddy haha) thinks they were wrong about Wilf. Yeah maybe, but if Wilf had gone I think the heat would've gone from Alyssa for a bit. I get where you're coming from though, as much as I like Alyssa, she was a bit out of her depth I think.
December 8, 20222 yr I was quite shocked that Amanda backed Wilfred over Alyssa there but I can definitely see the reasoning behind it. As others have said, she was really struggling to defend herself. She was a great traitor until she fell under the spotlight. It's a shame though as I was rooting for her! I just hope Amanda hasn't sabotaged herself by siding with Wilfred. He will definitely throw her under the bus if given the chance.
December 8, 20222 yr How good was tonight’s ep! Wilf throwing Alyssa under the bus was such a great move. I liked her, but he was basically a step ahead of her to save himself. Gave me Dan BBUS vibes; saving and proving himself by throwing one of his own under the bus. I did think Amanda was going to back Alyssa over Wilf, but think she made the right decision. Alex becoming a Traitor will be great too :D I feel too obsessed with this show; why do we have to wait until Tuesday Edited December 8, 20222 yr by ElectroBoy
December 9, 20222 yr Yeah, so this is bloody brilliant. Caught up now and I love the psychological element of it. You can tell the majority of them had no idea what they were really signing up for and so many of them crack under the microscope/pressure. The Tom/Alex reveal was peak reality TV, I bet the producers were loving it. Wilf threw Alyssa under the bus, it almost didn't work and of course he would do the same to Amanda. But Alyssa was cracking, the key to these types of shows are to have allies and she lacked them compared to Wilf. I do feel the format of the show could do with being spiced up, the challenge part is pretty boring and doesn't really hold much value..
December 9, 20222 yr Really enjoying this show too! So many quality entertaining moments throughout the series so far, although I do agree that the challenges seem a bit inessential. Gutted for Alyssa, she was great and they were doing so well as a team up to that point, really harsh way for her to go. Can't wait to see what happens next week.
December 9, 20222 yr If Maddy really thought about it, she would notice that Alyssa voting for Will when she didn’t mention him at all could be a big giveaway that he was also a traitor and turned on her, as Alyssa seemed set on Alex until Will mentioned her name.
