As i didnt purchase too many singles by Steps, were good b sides a thing of theirs?

 

They didn't have a lot of b-sides but In It For Love, Just Like The First Time, Stop Me From Loving You and Bittersweet were my favourites. There were some special ones from their tours too like R Dancing and Close To Me.

 

H and Claire had some lovely b-sides, mainly, Over You and Don't Give Up (Don't Let Go)

 

Lisa also had I'm Burning and That's That

My exact same faves :heart: although never have found a decent quality mp3 of Bittersweet :snif:

I bought the cd singles and i always liked when they had some live versions on the singles.

 

None of their b sides i really remember, i may start looking them up again.

While it wont happen it would be good to see a dance act do a Steps feature as its a combination that could work extremely well.

Knowing how it operated last time (i.e. no one having a clue it was happening until it did) I'm gonna hazard a guess WhatsApp is making it happen :lol:

 

Incidentally I took the plunge and finally invested in the silver and gold vinyl of the Tears on the Dancefloor album with some of my birthday vouchers. Still a fabulous album two years on. They need to issue Gold: Greatest Hits or The Ultimate Collection on vinyl too!

The Ultimate Collection would be the best to push on vinyl as its more up to date.

Steps have the fanbase who would welcome such a release.

 

I'd love a vinyl release of it. I really do look forward to the next album as years in the dancefloor really exceeded what I was expecting.

H is rumoured to be taken part in the upcoming series of Dancing on Ice.

I would much prefer to see Lee do it instead.

If H does appear, it does help keep the Steps name out there until more news on the album comes to light.

Personality wise I dont know Lee at all, H has done a few reality shows and I never really warmed to him and he would be my least fave member.

This'd be quite a good opportunity for exposure for them seeing as the new album's likely to be a spring 2020 release (at least according to Faye when she was on Lorraine a few weeks ago). Didn't H do that gymnastics show on BBC One a few years ago - Tumble I think it was called?

Not really, I loved Rachel Stevens but she isn't right for Steps at all, all the Steps girls are vastly superior as band members :wub:

Nah, Rachel is a national treasure. I think with her proven dance skills she would've made steps better

Rachel has probably done the best out of all the members of both Steps and S club. Steps and S club needed Rachel

Possibly solo wise but steps seem to be all in a financially good position and made alot more money than the members of s club 7 did.
