when he is in the right state of mind, but he is not there atm
Gutted for Draper but not surprised. The kid is quality but needs a nicer draw in future!

oh wow Murray beat Berretini! Wasn't expecting that

a very interesting Coco Gauff-Rudacanu tomorrow

Second seed Ons Jabeur overcame a second-set wobble to beat Tamara Zidansek and reach the second round of the Australian Open.

Tunisia's Jabeur cut a frustrated figure in the 7-6 (10-8) 4-6 6-1 victory over the Slovenian.

Evans gets Chardy. Looking like home favourite Kokkinakis for Murray. Two sets and a break up on Fognini.

and Nadal is out :o :/

EDIT:so he injured his hip, which might explain the defeat, he was in pain but didn't wanna retire...

Emma Raducanu is out of the Australian Open after losing in straight sets to Coco Gauff in a gripping second-round match.

Raducanu, ranked 77th in the world, acquitted herself very well against the American seventh seed but a lack of matches told in a 6-3 7-6 (7-4) defeat.

Positive for Raducanu and Draper - can see with more matches they will progress further. Must be gutting for Draper seeing Nadal go out next round!

Always liked Coco so I hope she gets into the latter stages

& Norrie makes it one Brit into round 3

Now just imagine how gutted Taylor Fritz would have been last year after losing by a hair to Nadal in the Wimbledon Quarters only for him to not even play the Semi.

Yeah that was insane!

Rafa's earliest defeat in a Grand Slam since the 2016 Australian Open when he lost in the 1st Round.

insane Nadal didn't retire during the game, they show him in the news and a few hours after the game he hardly couldn't walk

he's injured is quite serious and is out for at least 2 months

not surprised Ruud is out today, he's been playing poorly since the re-start

Zverev also out but guess he's not fully in shape

Murray 2 sets down at the moment

How can they still be playing at 3am local time? Tennis scheduling is absurd, terrible for spectators and players.
