April 11, 200619 yr sure :), at work currently although will be home later. As soon as my hosts remove the block she will beable to access the site.
April 11, 200619 yr Cheers Phil..much appreciated ! Ive relayed the info to Lesley & she'll add you to her MSN. Hopefully she'll be unblocked soon. :)
April 11, 200619 yr Use Firefox http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ instead of Internet Explorer. With Firefox you can't create a permenant lockout situation. Otherwise with IE don't go wild with multiple windows open and refreshing many threads at once.
April 11, 200619 yr Oh god, my patience is wearing thin, I hope the server move is pretty soon, I've even promoted on another site, and some members have PMed me back saying they couldn't surf the site, I think for the time being there is no point in promoting until this is sorted out 100%

April 11, 200619 yr Question if I download Firefox, will I lose Internet Explorer, and all my favourites that are stored on IE No, it makes no effect on Internet Exlorer at all. I still use both quite happily. When your installing firefox it wil ask you if you want to copy your favourites from IE. This will just read them but they stay exactly the same on Internet Explorer. Basically you can't go wrong

Basically you can't go wrong Well lets hope this is the answer 'cos yesterday it was driving me mad not being able to get on. ....and until you get back on you can't see an answer such as this. Thanks e-motion
April 19, 200619 yr Hi hope you can help :) One of Buzzjack's members (Nicole from the Netherlands) has PM'd me on another site tonight to ask if Buzzjack had crashed. She has been trying to gain access for days but just keeps getting the message 'Page Cannot Be Found'. Any ideas why she can no longer get the Buzzjack website displayed? If someone can let me know I'll PM her back. Edited April 19, 200619 yr by jupiter9
April 19, 200619 yr Apparantly Nicole is not only one. there seems to be other members as well unable to connect to Buzzjack, this should be resolved by the end of the week, hopefully, I could suggest to try and install Firefox for the time being, it gets me round the site, as I have been unable to connect myself with IE.
April 19, 200619 yr Thanks Mikey. I've let Nicole know. She's missing Buzzjack  ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, cute
April 20, 200619 yr Nicole from Holland has contacted me again. She has now installed Firefox as suggested by Mikey but still can't get access. She thinks she is blocked from the forum. Is there someone who can check her status? Cheers. She's definitely not a happy bunny. :please:

If she is already blocked it cannot recover. I'll raise the lockout to a higher level.
April 20, 200619 yr Ok Cheers for that. So when she does regain access she's better connecting via Firefox instead of I.E. then? Excuse my ignorance but what causes someone to be 'locked out' in the first place?
April 20, 200619 yr its a complicated issue although we are changing server very very soon (i will make an announcement when I hear back from my hosts). Once we have moved server this problem will no longer occur.
