Eek not sure what’s happened with this release but the versions are currently at 34 and 38 of the iTunes chart. I know it represents a tiny proportion of overall sales but it’s normally at least a good indication, I would have definitely expected to see it Top 10 at the absolute minimum.

 

Collapsed in Sunbeams was perhaps a surprise ‘big’ seller whereas this could be a surprise underperformance :(

 

I’ve not heard the full album yet but I’ve liked the singles so far, although admittedly not at the same highs as the debut.

I think she relies on multiple vinyl sales rather than itunes, I wouldn't read much into that (hopefully!!)

 

Everything has completely passed me by so far this era. I'll probably give the album a listen in the sunshine tomorrow though ^_^

I really dislike the style of vocals she's gone with on this album, I find it all very irritating. I've played the song with Phoebe a few times but it's not really as good as most of her previous songs.

Only #9 for this today, only managing about 52% of her first week sales in 2021.

Disappointing chart position

I did listen to this last week but it totally passed me by, didn’t think it was anywhere near as good as her debut. The production probably didn’t help, it felt much less distinctive
