May 2, 20232 yr Author Yeah I just got the same email too. I did wonder whether it was gonna go ahead or not as planned. Totally understandable though. I just hope that the plans to get their back catalogue on streaming sorted that were just getting under way when Paul died don't get totally abandoned. If anything they've got more incentive than ever to keep his memory alive, regardless of what happens with the tour.
May 2, 20232 yr ^ The new June date makes me wonder if that's around the time they feel that they'll be able to resume all other plans, such as the digital singles! I can certainly understand that them having a social media post this week along the lines of "Don't Stop Movin' 7" vinyl is out now, follow the link in our profile to order it" just wouldn't seem right at the moment, not as the first post following their Paul tribute. Just not the right time for them to go into promotion mode with a celebratory release. I do wonder what their first move will be on social media.
