Susanne Sundfør - Blómi

Really excited for the return of Susanne, the songstress that is responsible for one of my favourite albums in the shape of 'Ten Love Songs' and one of my favourite ever singles in the form of 'Running to the Sea' with Röyksopp. She tends to be a bit of a chameleon when it comes to styles and approaches and this time it feels like she's taking a new approach again with the two new songs released to tease the album. Leikara Ljóð has an almost primal and rhythmic feel to it that makes me very interested as to what the rest of the album could sound like. Alyosha is more akin to the better moments from her last album, a beautiful piano and strings style ballad that feels like it could grow into a real fave.
