The song only included in certain versions of the albums and it's a very early track from Gaga with it being performed pre-fame in 2006. We also lose ARTPOP's slowest, most sombre moment Dope. The song is about Gaga's battle with drugs and alcohol and was originally performed as 'I Wanna Be With You' at the iTunes festival before the album's release. ARTPOP loses another track in quick succession. Donatella is a rousing pop song, produced by Zedd as a love letter to the titular icon. Jewels n' Drugs marks the album's THIRD exit in a row! The song was born out of a real interaction on her tour bus, where she asked for weed but was handed a bracelet instead. Finally in this section, we lose Just Another Day from Joanne. The bonus track features Brian Newman on trumpet and was produced by Mark Ronson.
June 7, 20232 yr Author I am devastated. How is Dope bottom 3 and below some of those horrors!?!? Genuinely so confused - it's a beautiful, heartachingly honest song. I've already lost a TEN score :drama: :drama: :drama: the rest can go but COME ON :/ Cancelling this? :(
June 7, 20232 yr Dope is horrendous x I respect the message, but yeah probably one of worst studio vocals ever and ruins the ARTPOP vibe imo
