Her last two releases really making absolutely no impression then :huh:

This is probably slightly better than Silly Me.

I’m unsure on when the album will drop or if it will? Definitely expecting it to be a while though. I can only see getting hits as a featured artist now but it does seem like her days of scoring chart hits are no more. Just what exactly has happened though like she’s definitely not thought off too fondly on here but she is the UK female with the most UK #1s so to completely miss the top 100 twice in a row it just feels like there’s no interest at all.

She needed to do what Jazzy is doing now, releasing on trend dance songs. I genuinely think had she come back with Giving Me it would have been a #1 as Jess Glynne is a much bigger name than Jazzy,

but it's not that her new stuff is less commercial,

it's not like a singer-songwriter serious stuff,

it's just plain bad

I'm not sure it really would have made that much difference, she's been away such a long time and managed to completely sully her reputation in that time.

A very long time ago she was pictured with Joel Corry together on Twitter, so they must have something in the locker that they haven’t put out yet, or perhaps Joel replaced Jess with someone else afterwards. I do think there might be another dance feature to come from her soon, but not truly convinced it will be this year.

looking at the song credits, it includes Jess Glynne

so pretty sure this was supposed to be a Joel Corry x Jess Glynne collaboration

and given to Mabel when Jess Glynne rejected it

thinking about it, even Mabel sounds a bit like Jess Glynne in here

That was possibly what this photo below was supposed to be;

Hyped for this to drop!

Yeah, exactly. It's not like the sound itself is less commercial, it's just that the songs aren't very good. :lol: Silly Me or What Do You Do? aren't exactly experimental in their structure or production.
