The key change certainly elevates it, but other than that it's a fairly ordinary pop song with banal lyrics. Probably a bit of a grower but nothing amazing!

This is ok but doesn’t excite me loads and hearing a Christmas song in early October just feels weird.

Basically this.

It's alright, will go on my Christmas playlist and I'll enjoy it but it's not an essential Xmas song!

 

Hope it can chart in the top 100 over Christmas though, would be nice if she could get a charting single each year (or at all)

I really enjoyed the album, despite it feeling too early to play it really. DJ Play A Christmas Song is very much along the lines of her late 90s/early 00s sound, so I'm a fan.

Surpsingly added to the biggest top40 stations in America, Z100 and KIIS

It's climbing nicely on itunes.

Here is her performance on The Graham Norton Show from last night:

 

That performance is dire, I like how she doesn’t even pretend she’s miming.

I liked the performance and love the song. Yes it sounds dated but it’s a great original pop tune and new dancefloor Christmas classic. I hope it can chart!

What's more, I don't think anyone really expected her to sing a heavily autotuned song live.
