Great news for Katie Boulter

Also glad to see Emma get a couple of wins under her belt. Hopefully this means a good year or two for British tennis

The final of Stuttgart wasn't the biggest win of his career for long, as Jack Draper has just taken out Alcaraz at Queen's!

Huuuuuuge win for Jack.

His problem in the past has been consistency (has some good wins and then gets injured/loses against someone he should be beating). Watch him go out round 1 of Wimbledon! Or win!

Katie Boulter's impressive form on grass continued in the lead up to Wimbledon as she defeated Jelena Ostapenko to reach the quarter-finals at Eastbourne.

The British number one claimed a confident 6-4 7-5 win against former French Open champion Ostapenko.

Three British women through to the quarter-finals in Eastbourne as Raducanu and Harriet Dart also won today!

First time that Emma has beaten a player ranked in the top 10, and she was a match point down during the second set tie-break, so that's a big one for her!

British schoolgirl Hannah Klugman is one win away from reaching the main Wimbledon draw after a second victory in qualifying.

The 15-year-old, who grew up playing tennis at a club close to the famous venue, beat 28th seed Linda Fruhvirtova 6-2 0-6 6-4.

"I'm speechless," said Klugman. "To get the win was really good, it was very emotional."

Fellow Britons Amarni Banks and Sonay Kartal have also made it to the final round of qualifying.

Klugman's final qualifying match will be streamed live on BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app on Thursday. The match is not expected to take place before 12:30 BST.

wow Emma beating Pegula is huge, Pegula is on top form, think she just won Berlin

The British women all lost today but Paul Jubb (ranked at 289) has beaten world number 14 Ben Shelton to get to an ATP semi-final. Billy Harris also through to a semi-final.

oh Kasatkina beat Emma pretty easy it seems

looks like Djokovik is gonna play WImbledon? Really surprised as he had surgery less than 1 month ago, thought it took months to recover from a knee surgery

I see a third or fourth round exit for Djokovic, surely it's going to be too soon, he was having a poor season even before the surgery.

The Wimbledon draw took place this morning and what sticks out to me is that Sinner vs Berrettini could be a second round match-up! Swiatek vs Kenin is an interesting first round as well after Kenin caused a first round upset last year against Coco.

Yeah Novak sadly is on his way out.

Draper vs Norrie is a possible round 2 match up

Emma Raducanu got a bit lucky with the seeded opponent she was due to play withdrawing this morning, so she's through to the second round of Wimbledon after defeating a lucky loser.

Sabalenka withdrew as well, with a shoulder injury. Big loss for the women's draw.

World number 51 Nuno Borges beat Rafael Nadal 6-3 6-2 to win the Swedish Open in Bastad.

Spaniard Nadal, a 22-time Grand Slam champion, slipped to a resounding defeat in his first final since 2022.

Hampered by injury in recent years, the 38-year-old has fallen to 261 in the rankings and opted against playing at Wimbledon this summer to prioritise the Olympics.

Portuguese Borges, playing his first ATP final compared to Nadal's 131st, took the first set in 46 minutes and won three games in a row in the second to seal victory.

Alexei Popyrin has become a very surprising Masters champion, after defeating Andrey Rublev in the final of the Canadian Open. The first Australian male to win a Masters event since Lleyton Hewitt. Alex de Minaur found shaking.

Jessica Pegula defended her title in Canada on the women's side.

poor Rublev, beating Sinner then losing to Popyrin
Sinner tested positive twice for a banned anabolic steroid in March!! but not suspended?
