You have rated the class of 2023. All of the commentary has been completed. Sorry for the late response to this.

During the few weeks or so, I'll be counting down the results on who you have voted as your driver of F1 2023.

Enjoy.

Here's what happened in 2021:

Never looked comfortable
didn't get a whole lot of time but then when you consider what lawson did it puts his largely meagre performances into perspective

I can’t rate him lower than Stroll/Sargeant. I accept he was poor but not the worst

Great that we had more than 2 responses this season

Not sure who could win this one

very lucky to be given another season, too many crashes and the pace gap to his team mate was way too much
By the end of the year his performances were staring to look respectable. Earned another shot... just.

seems like a nice guy. Hopefully will improve, but quite a poor start

a bright start which descended into continual embarrassment for the rest of the season, made the most dominant car of all time look ordinary
Started the season well but once Max got a handle on the car he was made to look poor. Miami broke his spirit and he failed to recover properly.

out of his depth but not the worst

a fine start and end to the season completely marred by a horrendous run during the middle. aston martin were fighting one handed
Out of 136 races, Stroll has been outqualified 100 times. Not up to the stadard required

does not deserve the seat

a very disappointing season considering last season's highs, particularly in quali where he was destroyed by hulk
A year to forget

hardest driver to rate for me. If the car wasn’t shocking he could have achieved good things

didn't really kick on at all this season and needs a strong season next year or his time will be up with pourchaire waiting in the wings
The clock is ticking and he MUST have a good year in 2024 or surely he's out

becoming more visible

a very meh season although not helped by the mediocre machinery he was driving. has lost the outright quali pace he once possessed
Most impressive thing he did all year was a calendar. Has good pace in qualifying once in a while but still can't sustain it.

good enough

unfortunate with the injury costing him a number of races but otherwise didn't stack up great against tsunoda, his mexico masterclass aside
Difficult to say. Clearly has still got skill, but didn't ever get much of a clean break to settle in and allow it to show. Make or break next year. He must better Tsunoda

surprised me with his pace

- a huge disappointment after his heroics last season. qualifying is excellent but racecraft still needs work
Should have done so much better with that car. Often still has pace but lacks situational awareness and has ego issues.

not sure how he went from beating Hamilton to always feeling a step behind. Would still class him as consistent though
Oh wow surprised George is outside the top 10

- a very up and down season but looked to have the measure of ricciardo by the season's end. still prone to moments of madness
Starting to look solid and fast enough, but that may not be enough

much better this year

aside from the brilliant podium at monaco it's not been a particularly standout season although hampered by a number of mechanical issues
An expectedly uneventful season. Still an idiot at times.

super impressive stand-in considering the circumstances, thrown in at the deep end and looked comfortable right away
Hard to say with so little running but looks to have earned a shot in the future.

would like to see him in a full season

firmly outperformed k-mag this season and shows he still deserves a space on the grid
Beating Magnussen across the year is his highlight, but then it is only Magnussen

on pure one lap pace such a standout. Beat K-Mag over the season and deserves a better car
