The guitar after the chorus reminds me of Basshunter’s ‘All I Ever Wanted’ as well. The original preview of this sounded exactly like ‘Drive By’ but they seemed to have added more instruments to disguise the similarities to it.

It’s insanely catchy. I’ve played it a lot since it was released.

 

Something I never thought I would say after ‘Wellerman’ but this is a really strong album with not a single bad song. ‘Paper Planes’, ‘I’m A Man’ which features Foy Vance and the insanely catchy ‘Highland Girl’ are stand outs for me.
