Spice Girls opened Now 34-36, Boyzone Now 41-42, Lewis Capaldi Now 113-114, Calvin Harris Now 115-116 (the latter dubiously imo).

I agree that Sabrina will open again, she's unmovable from No.1!

Wow! There's a lot of great stuff on NOW 120! Immediate thoughts: Tracks 1-7 being songs by the Pop Girls! Iconic! Brilliant! It's what we deserve! APT. is here! That follows "Gangam Style", "Gentle

Just been wondering, has any artist been Disc 1, Track 1 consecutively before? I just can't see anyone other than Sabrina kicking off the next compilation again the same as she did on Now 118.

Lewis Capaldi kicked of Now 113 and Now 114 and Calvin Harris kicked off Now 115 and Now 116. Olivia Rodrigo should’ve kicked off Now 109 but she didn’t because she kicked off Now 108

NOW 119 should be revealed either this or next week, FYI.

It will most likely be revealed on 24th October and released on 22nd November

That's a long way...😒

I’d love it if they revealed it next week and release it on 15th November but not likely as when Now 101 was released in 2018, it was released on 23rd November and Now 98 and Now 116 were both released on 17th November in 2017 and 2023 which means that they most likely release them between 17th and 23rd November depending which of those dates falls on a Friday

Is it out of the question that Linkin Park could make their first appearance in the Now series given their resurgence... reminds me a bit of the time they included acts like Muse, Royal Blood, Fleet Foxes and other bands late within their career. It might be one of the surprise tracks if it were included.

Anyway, it was a while ago I posted my next prediction, so here's a revised attempt at the next volume;

Final draft;

Disc 1

1. Sabrina Carpenter – Taste

2. Chappell Roan – HOT TO GO!

3. Billie Eilish – BIRDS OF A FEATHER

4. JADE – Angel Of My Dreams

5. Charli XCX – Apple

6. Adam Port, Stryv, Keinemusik, Orso & Malachiii – Move

7. Jordan Adetunji – KEHLANI

8. The Kid LAROI – NIGHTS LIKE THIS

9. Addison Rae – Diet Pepsi

10. Tate McRae – It's ok I'm ok

11. Ariana Grande – the boy is mine

12. The Weeknd – Dancing In The Flames

13. Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars – Die With A Smile

14. Benson Boone – Pretty Slowly

15. Myles Smith – Wait For You

16. Post Malone feat. Luke Combs – Guy For That

17. Morgan Wallen – Lies Lies Lies

18. Hozier – Nobody's Soldier

19. Teddy Swims – Bad Dreams

20. Coldplay – feelslikeimfallinginlove

21. Kylie Minogue – Lights Camera Action

22. Katy Perry – WOMAN'S WORLD

23. Kesha – JOYRIDE

24. Perrie – You Go Your Way

25. Rizzle Kicks – Javelin

26. KSI feat. Trippin Redd – Thick Of It

Disc 2

1. Shaboozey – A Bar Song (Tipsy)

2. Charli XCX feat. Billie Eilish – Guess

3. Sabrina Carpenter – Please Please Please

12. Sonny Fodera, Jazzy & D.O.D – Somedays

13. Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding – Free

14. BL3SS & CamrinWatsin feat. bbyclose – Kisses

15. The Blessed Madonna feat. Kylie Minogue – Edge Of Saturday Night

16. Rudimental feat. Karen Harding – Bring Me Joy

17. Andy C & Becky Hill – Indestructible

18. Clean Bandit, Anne-Marie & David Guetta – Cry Baby

19. Gigi Perez – Sailor Song

20. beabadoobee – Beaches

21. Rag'N'Bone Man – What Do You Believe In?

22. Tom Walker – Holy Ghost

23. Linkin Park – The Emptiness Machine

24. The Killers – Bright Lights

25. Snow Patrol – All

I expect double appearances for Sabrina, Charli and Billie, but not for Coldplay, Chappell Roan, The Weeknd or Gracie Abrams.

I reckon they will ignore the Oasis singles this time (due to overusing them on previous volumes), perhaps holding out for a future release in 2025.

Ooh which Now album featured Fleet Foxes? I didn’t realise that they’d made an appearance before.

I think Linkin Park probably will appear, although I’m not sure I’d consider Royal Blood as being particularly late in their careers (in comparison to Linkin/Muse, anyway) with their debut album only releasing 10 years ago!

I doubt Wildflower will appear as it hasn’t been announced as a single yet. It’s an album track doing well and it will most likely be saved for Now 120 regardless of whether it’s a single or not and I can see Coldplay and Chappell both having double appearances. Chappell with Hot To Go! and Red Wine Supernova with Pink Pony Club most likely saved for Now 120 and it would be great to see Linkin Park appear even though it might not be possible. Oasis might appear and could be with Supersonic seeing as its parent album recently reached #1

You're right, I had to rethink who I had in mind, but the artist I meant to credit was in fact Foals. They appeared on Now 111 with Wake Me Up.

Muse never used to appear as they were appearing on the Hits series due to their label and in other news, vault 1984 has outpeaked vault 1983 on the compilation chart. If the tracklists for the vault editions keep improving, I can see vault 1982 topping the compilation chart

I wonder of Crowded House and Milli Vanilli will appear on NOW 119.

Don't Dream It's Over was never on a NOW album but Girl I'm Gonna Miss You appeared on NOW 16.

Edited by Mark.

It did appear on Now 35 upon re-release after peaking a couple of positions higher in 1996.

Yes indeed it was. Just checked.

I think had there been 3 NOWs in 1987 then it may have made it then.

There were only 2 Nows in 1987; 9 and 10. If they wanna include an 80s song on Now 119 which recently made a comeback, they should include Dancing In The Dark which hasn’t appeared at all

Again, NOW 119 should be revealed this week, or if anything else, another Yearbook/Vault or random compilation can be shown off.

Why do they keep putting David Sylvian flops on the Yearbook Extra series? :drama:

Would happily do away with his 5:34 song on '87 in favour of two shorter actual hits.

Quite a good listen otherwise. A Boy From Nowhere is a good addition because it's not available to stream.

David Sylvian should be saved for the vault if they’re that eager to include him and I reckon someone who works for Now HQ is a big fan of his
