Wow! There's a lot of great stuff on NOW 120! Immediate thoughts: Tracks 1-7 being songs by the Pop Girls! Iconic! Brilliant! It's what we deserve! APT. is here! That follows "Gangam Style", "Gentle

No now millennium

I think they’ll be reduced to 1 or 2 a year if they’re gonna continue them into the 2010s

Swords Of A Thousand Men seems to have been removed from the deluxe edition of Now Sound Of The Suburbs but saying that, it probably got removed because it was released in 1981 and it says 1977-1980

Now Gold The Ultimate Hits due for release on 14th March. No tracklist yet and I reckon it will be similar to the 2021 version so it’ll be most likely one of their pointless spin-offs https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DVKX42D7

Also just bought the full set of Millennium CDs from Rarewaves for just over £25 thanks to their discounts. I was quite deflated in HMV last week seeing them as they only had 00-01 and 08-09 in a 2 for £16 deal so being able to nab all 5 for a bargain price has made me happy today.

Ouch at some of the sequencing on that Gold album, it almost looks like it's ordered randomly in places.

The Killers to Noah Kahan, Neil to Sophie to Dexys, Gloria to Natasha. It's a very uninspired release with nothing I don't own already so I'll pass.

I did wince a little at Sophie being pinned between Sweet Caroline and Come On Eileen as I have major HATE for both of those tracks
Now that Abracadabra has out peaked Disease, I wonder which of Gaga’s songs we will get on Now 120? I reckon they’ll either skip straight to Abracadabra or include Disease on Now 120 and save Abracadabra for Now 121

I'd love if both appeared. The album comes out in JUST before what should NOW 120's release date, so the label might be fine with both singles making the album.

The "Gold" series (including thinks like Timeless, and Legendary) are such a weird collection of tracks. I kind of understand the point of them, as back in the day we used to have that Capitol Legends series and stuff like that - but the concept is still so vague and random. I remember the first Gold album randomly has "Your Disco Needs You" by Kylie on it. A song that wasn't even released in the UK (although it should have been).

I did love the Pop Gold album that came out a few years ago. I wouldn't mind a sequel to that!

Now 80s Dancefloor Floorfillers due for release on 28th March. Another vinyl only album and if they intend on announcing it tomorrow, they should release it on 21st March instead of 28th March so they can release extra 1998 on 28th March. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0DWDDPBRP

Kudos for Now getting the hit versions of Finally Found and To You I Belong on Yearbook '98, quite commonly you get the inferior album versions.

It's been many years since I've seen the UK hit version of Big Big World however, and this is no different, using the album version. The mix that was a hit here brought in the percussion and strings a verse earlier than the album version does.

Ooh now I'm excited to hear To You I Belong's single mix, I don't think I've ever owned something with it on. Hopefully heading out to get '98 tomorrow if Asda have it

It's quite a subtle mix, but just sprinkles a bit of single worthy magic stardust over the top; slightly beefier percussion, better vocal mixing, just generally a cleaner master. I always notice when one or the other version has been used.

For anyone who doesn’t yet have this album, All Around The World is the full version
I expected the radio edit but then that is very rare. It was on a Hits album back in '98 but isn't on Spotify.
I’ve also noticed that the majority of songs on Now 80s Dancefloor Floorfillers are from 1989. I wonder if that’s their way of hinting that 1989 will be the next yearbook? I hope it is
Loving the 98 yearbook-such an amazing year! Can’t wait for the Extra.
Had no idea there was a <4 minute version of Never Ever. Even Now 39 used the 5 min version which is the official single version.
