Cookie - Do It Again [Peaked at #52 in July 2005]

Former short-lived girl band Cookie had this low charting single in the Summer of 2005, but were dropped soon after.

 

 

Kubb – Remain [Peaked at #45 in August 2005]

British indie band Kubb would go on to follow up this single with two Top 40 singles shortly after, but this just missed out.

 

 

Jamie Cullum – Get Your Way [Peaked at #44 in September 2005]

He never really made it as a successful charting artist, with low chart peaks, but this one deserved better than its peak.

 

 

Ultrabeat – Feel It With Me [Peaked at #57 in September 2005]

Having established their name in the dance scene in 2003-2004, Ultrabeat failed to impact the Top 40 with this single.

 

A final selection from the fourth quarter of 2005;

 

Alanis Morissette – Crazy [Peaked at #65 in November 2005]

One of Seal’s finest singles was covered by Alanis for release on her Greatest Hits album. It didn’t really trouble the charts at this time.

 

 

Elbow – Leaders Of The Free World [Peaked at #53 in November 2005]

Their lowest charting single at this stage of their career, this was the second single by the album of the same name.

 

 

Enya – Amarantine [Peaked at #53 in December 2005]

Taken from the singer’s sixth studio album, this was the last Enya single to break into the charts.

 

 

Lucie Silvas – Forget Me Not [Peaked at #76 in December 2005]

Having already achieved four Top 40 singles from the alhum Breathe In, this was the fifth and final single and only which failed to make the Top 40 at this time.
