August 30, 2024Aug 30 Author 01: Chelsie 02: Quinn 03: T'Kor 04: Angela 05: Kimo 06: Makensy 07: Rubina 08: Joseph 09: Leah 10: Cam Tucker  I miss him already. It's been so long since we've had a player like Tucker, it's really been refreshing and he's absolutely shaped this entire season, which is turning out to be epic. I think he got into his head a little bit. The arrogance definitely set in. But all in all, what an amazing guy. Chelsie definitely skyrockets to the top spot pulling off that move. She's in an exceptional position and she didn't even have to win HOH to put herself in this place. Quinn as well, another good week for him, he's lucky people need numbers because if they didn't need him he'd be toast soon. T'Kor what a flop of an HOH I'm sorry but what the hell happened T'Kor?! I said last week she didn't NEED to win, now I'm saying she SHOULDN'T have won that last HOH. I'm so disappointed really, I expected better. Everyone else is just so straight forward it's not even worth mentioning (but Leah getting the Alison Irwin edit is )
August 30, 2024Aug 30 End of Week 6 Ranking: 1.) T’kor (I still have faith in you ) 2.) Tucker 3.) Makensy (she's redeeming herself slowly and surely!) 4.) Chelsie 5.) Quinn 6.) Rubina 7.) Leah 8.) Cam 9.) Joseph 10.) Kimo 11.) Angela I am giving Chelsie her flowers, she lost two of her closest allies in two consecutive weeks and yet has integrated herself quite nicely again, and she was also crucial in taking down the comp beast so I have my eye on her again. It also helped that she had someone who would never put her up as HOH.
August 30, 2024Aug 30 QUINN HOH!!!!! That really couldn't have gone any better, and that takes him to jury, which was my hope for him.
August 30, 2024Aug 30 I have to kind of stan Leah Irwin for doing absolutely NOTHING yet never being even mentioned for the block when 3+ people have been up every time
August 30, 2024Aug 30 Author QUINN HOH!!!!! That really couldn't have gone any better, and that takes him to jury, which was my hope for him. I hope the nominees post Veto are Rubina, Kimo and T’Kor so she learns her lesson from last week :kink:
August 30, 2024Aug 30 That was an exciting week, just wish it didn't have to end in losing Tucker or Angela :( Everything that happened between them on Wednesday's episode was TV gold and I'm sad we won't be getting more! That said, despite a huge character leaving I don't think the house will be too boring without him, for now at least. Looks like Chelsie has recovered quite quickly from Brooklyn's eviction so I'm impressed/pleased for her! This has been an awesome pre-jury.
August 30, 2024Aug 30 Author Agreed, great Pre-Jury so far, the only upset for me was Tucker leaving. I am a bit worried about the rest of the season, but I think we will be fine. Still lots of excitement to go. BBTwitter seems to think that this is the best season since Season 20. For me however I didn't much care for Season 20.. the winner was meh but I didn't much care for ANYONE on this season at all. BB17 had some good players, but Steve was basically invisible the first half of the season and Vanessa really should have won that season. I think the last really really EXCEPTIONAL season that BB26 could rival would be Season 14. I just hope it's not one of those seasons with a great Pre-Jury and a poor Post-Jury. Edit: Taylor Hale has done an interview with Tucker and he wants to do The Challenge badly. He won’t be off our screens for long! Edited August 30, 2024Aug 30 by Aaron.
August 30, 2024Aug 30 The way the house keeps flipping is exactly what I've been craving the last few seasons. It feels like watching Survivor-style gameplay with the amount of blindsides and constant shifting of dynamics. Even if it doesn't last, I'm very happy!
August 30, 2024Aug 30 I agree I think this is the best since 14 so far, I did really like 17 though. BB20 had one of the best pre jury phases, if not the best, but the jury phase brought it fully down to it not even in the conversation for such great seasons. I do feel like this might go the same way but I don’t think it will just yet, it’s still quite unpredictable which is the main thing I feel makes a good BB season. I love tuning in like last night and not knowing what would happen, any of the 3 could have gone home and it’s great to actually be that excited about Big Brother, sometimes it feels like a courtesy or a chore to watch but as a fan I know it can be as good as this season and that’s what keeps me at it.
August 30, 2024Aug 30 I definitely think it could be the best since season 14, the unpredictability and volatility of the house has been riveting. 23 onwards has generally been strong (well, 25 was ruined by its length necessitating the zombie returnee twist which killed the season stone dead unfortunately, but up until then it was great), and 20 was definitely my favourite between 15 and 22. This is a really great cast though, there seems to be no real worry of anyone being truly problematic (bar a reference to Leah apparently being warned for using derogatory language? If that happened we didn't see it on feeds), and almost everyone has played a part in the season so far. I truly don't believe there's any worry of the season becoming dull now, Tucker wasn't the only interesting character by a LONG way and we still have the chaos of Angela, the messy strategy of Quinn and Chelsie building herself back up to keep things interesting, as well as hopefully broadening the field for who can win competitions now Tucker's out of the way. It'll be interesting to see who goes on to win - I doubt the jury would vote for Angela to win in any scenario at this point, but it feels impossible to predict anything more as the likes of Cam and Leah could potentially still argue their case (Cam may need a couple more comps under his belt and an HOH to tie it together, and I'm not sure how aware Leah is of how good a "floater" game she's got going on right now, would she be able to justify it?), and whoever's running the house this week could end up evicted next week, that's how topsy-turvy things have been this year. Chelsie's done an amazing job to build herself back up so if she can continue to persevere and pull out some comp wins, I'd have her down as the front runner. I think Quinn would be popular with the jury if he got to final 2 but I don't expect him to get there without a serious run of comp wins. Intrigued to see if Joseph will really start to build momentum, because I think he got too comfortable riding Tucker's coattails.
August 31, 2024Aug 31 Author Veto Spoiler: Leah “Chubby-Chaser” Peters-Irwin won. So random, maybe it’s a good thing that Tucker is gone, they’ve done a great job in making these competitions equitable! Nobody is really gonna steamroll hopefully.
August 31, 2024Aug 31 I agree on Leah, she is either going to do a Nicole Franzel or she is just accidentally doing nothing at all so well that she hasn’t been on anyone’s radar, the latter is kind of camp given the chaotic this season is
August 31, 2024Aug 31 It's difficult to watch Quinn simping for Leah when she's told him to continue flirting when he asked if he should stop, and then goes and bitches about him to other people but nobody's *explicitly* told him what she's saying (for all T'kor and Kimo have considered or danced around it). He needs explicit direction and they're giving him anything but - difficult to watch from a neurodiverse perspective (especially knowing Quinn is ND himself) That said, he's aware she's not been entirely complimentary behind his back and has acknowledged that he hasn't forgotten it, so hopefully he's just keeping his enemies closer.
August 31, 2024Aug 31 You are sick nasty, you are incredible, you looked really cool in yellow, I like your smile, you treat people with kindness, you are really funny, you are really good at cooking. There's a lot. The word sensational comes to mind when I think of you

September 2, 2024Sep 2 Wasn't sure if I wanted to post this here but figured I may as well as it's getting some good feedback on Twitter. No pressure to read but if anyone fancies it, please feel free x (be aware it contains a brief mention of this week's veto winner though) @1830338307365953615
