September 20, 2024Sep 20 Author 01: Leah 02: Chelsie 03: Makensy 04: Angela 05: Kimo 06: Cam 07: Rubina My list is still so fluid. Like I said with Quinn, I think T'Kor's game ended at an appropriate time based on how she played the game. She was a firm favourite of mine until she fumbled her HOH and from there she never really gained any control. Leah tops my list but I really was hoping she would win the Jankie Veto competition and put up Chelsie. Leah did what was best for her game last week, I don't think she's a huge threat moving into this week. After this week however, she needs to watch out. She's a pretty big threat at this point. Chelsie I agree with comments made already that she's at risk of losing jury votes. The next few weeks are crucial for her if she wants to win. I have no doubts that a shot will be taken soon, but she has the biggest potential to narrate a win for herself. Makensy has some work to do if she wants to win. It really doesn't feel like Makensy was activated until she had to vote out Cedric. The following week was a bit of a flop, she voted with Tucker/T'Kor + Co but never really jelled with that group. Thankfully Chelsie + Co took her as a number. But, how do you articulate you should be the winner when you really only played half the season. She won't win against Chelsie and I think she may have a hard time against Leah or Angela. It's not impossible, but she really needs to shine the next few weeks. Kimo I don't think a win is out of the question. His options to win are limited.. but if Andy could pull of a win. I'm sure Kimo could. Him just getting to the end will be a challenge. He doesn't really have a winning Resume at this point - but, neither did Andy. If he's at the end with someone like Cam or Rubina.. or potentially even Angela depending on how the Jury feels... he could win? Cam I also dread the fact that there is a chance he could win. He's never been a threat. Nobody has seriously wanted to say they've wanted to take him out. Chelsie has protected him all season and his threat level is pretty much zero at this point. The house will take a shot at Chelsie or Makensy over him surely. I'm hoping he's just fodder for 3rd at best. But, if he gets to the end. I could see him getting a handful of votes. Rubina I'm sorry I just don't see her as the winner of this season  I think she could probably outlast Kimo. Potentially even Leah and Angela. I don't see anyone taking her to the end. I don't see her collecting enough votes to win. She kinda just needs to get to the end on her own and see what happens? I'm still pulling for a Leah/Angela/Makensy/Chelsie F4. Makensy 4th. Chelsie 3rd.
September 22, 2024Sep 22 Makensy is RIGHT on the cusp but she is allergic to doing anything that remotely amounts to a good gameplay move. I could see her comping her way to the end by winning when she needs to, but between her and Chelsie I honestly think more and more each day the jury is going to hate them both and we end up with Cam or Kimo winning  Hopefully one of the two do something to deserve it by the time it comes
September 24, 2024Sep 24 Scratch that Makenzy could easily stske a claim to being like… top 10 most utterly thick idiots to ever play this game
September 26, 2024Sep 26 Author I mean, I wouldn't say I'm floored that Makensy made the decision to put up Leah. This gameplay comes from the same person that was a part of flipping the vote when Cedric left and made no effort to continue building a relationship with Tucker + Co. Her game should have been kaput after this week, but Chelsie was smart enough to realize that Makensy was a number she needed. Is it poor gameplay? Absolutely. Does it top the poor gameplay T'Kor and Quinn had taking out their own allies... not really. Chelsie's mist this endgame is incredible. I guess what I'm saying is I'm not shocked at Makensy's poor gameplay  It's par for the course this season! Chelsie has a great runway to make it to the end and win, but literally ANYTHING can happen. Assuming Leah goes, I don't see how Angela isn't a nominee and evicted in the Double tonight. Her only saving grace is if Makensy ends up on the block and they decide to just let her go. Cam, Rubina, Chelsie and Cam would all take the shot to get Angela out, and they should - the next big threat after Chelsie is - Angela!
September 27, 2024Sep 27 Worst double eviction of all time. The chaos and great season has lasted for a lot longer than a season normally does, but this is an awful top 5. Chelsie is the only one who’s really played Big Brother. However, final 5 and up is almost always boring so to have basically the entire season minus 2 weeks be this great has been amazing after so many years of being let down again and again by this show. Chelsie defintiely wins now which is fine, I really don’t like her but you have to give her gameplay utmost credit. She reminds me of Maggie the way she’s running that house like a cult, similarly Maggie is not the most dynamic, entertaining or likeable person but I’ve always felt she is underrated as a player/winner because she’s not the most flashy dynamic person. Like…is it dramatic to say Chelsie is playing the best singular game of BB since Tyler in BB20? It would be hysterical if Makensy dug deep, found one singular brain cell and got her out, or Rubina or Kimo finally did something and randomly won HOH and got her out. If any of them do do that, even if that’s fhe only thing on their resume, they’d somewhat deserve to win
September 27, 2024Sep 27 Author 01: Chelsie GAP 02: Kimo 03: Makensy 04: Rubina 05: Cam I was content with Leah leaving, she messed up bad last week by going after the weaker Trio over Chelsie/Cam and Makensy. Angela was who I was rooting for and now she's gone. She was so close to that HOH win. I would have really enjoyed an Angela win, so I was disappointed with her Eviction. It's pretty much Chelsie's to lose at this point. I'm concerned that she may end up 3rd and we get a random Kimo/Cam or Rubina/Makensy F2.
September 27, 2024Sep 27 Makensy actively targeting someone who had her back was definitely a contender for the stupidest move of the season and could make the difference between winning and losing at this point. The amount of blindsiding the jurors is a little confusing - blindsiding is all well and good but when it's so out of the blue, I could hardly blame this jury for being bitter (not that I think Angela, Leah or Quinn out of the jury so far would be bitter). She's very much falling upwards at this point and benefiting from being Chelsie's lapdog, but she's been hilariously out of touch all season so it's no shock that she can't see that Chelsie's pulling her strings. Leah and Angela going on one night is a blow to the season, but I do like everyone left to some degree (and have for a while) so we've got a likeable winner, though I don't think everyone left deserves it...! Chelsie is the best gamer by miles, and Makensy, despite what I just said, would feel worthy too as she's won competitions and at least TRIED to make big moves. One of Cam, Rubina and Kimo would need to be the one to take out Chelsie for me to back them to win I think, but they're all likeable personalities. This season has been phenomenal, such an insane mix of personalities, chaotic and crazy gameplay (and mostly terrible moves from everyone but that's made for great entertainment!). The pace always slows nearer the end but damn, the fact it took until final 7 for a unanimous vote to happen, and we've still had the veto used at every possible opportunity (considering Leah didn't win the chance to use the Jankie veto), so we've truly been spoiled. A top tier season, no matter how things go from here!
September 27, 2024Sep 27 I'm used to losing my faves in double evictions so this year is no different. Still feeling very lucky with how this season has gone, I can handle two uneventful weeks if that's what it comes down to. I agree Chelsie's the clear favorite but can still see her getting randomly evicted depending how things go, any final 2 without her will be pretty underwhelming to me.
September 30, 2024Sep 30 Author Schedule to close out the season: Thursday October 3rd: 2 Hours - Veto & Live Eviction Sunday October 6th: 1 Hour - HOH & Nominations Thursday October 10th: 1 Hour - Veto & Live Eviction Friday October 11th: 1 Hour - Recap & HOH Part 1 Start Sunday October 13th: 2 Hours - Live Finale There is still half a month to go  but the end game of Big Brother has always kinda been an issue. They should have actually extended the Jury and had a jury battle back this season. Unfortunately for me, the Finale is on Canadian Thanksgiving so I won't be watching live. Why is the Finale of this season on a SUNDAY?! Still such an amazing season however. Again, I still think it's the best since Season 14. If I had to compare this season to any other season however, I'd probably say it's closest to Big Brother 15  I mean, minus the Racism and the god-awful casting and just how the game played out, this season is somewhat similar? Big boys out pre-jury, Big threats taken out at just the right time. Kind of an assortment of randos at the end. What I would like to see happen is for the Veto to be used again and Cam to go out. My preference would be Rubina 4th. Maybe Kimo wins final HOH? Maybe he takes Chelsie out? Maybe Kimo wins 5-2?
October 4, 2024Oct 4 Author I vote to evict 2-Hour Epsiodes at Final 5. I already knew the Veto outcome and saw the comics so I just had the episode on the background the entire time. The Jury segment was cute (Leah and Quinn finally!) but they could have done a lot more with that whole segment. At this point I likely think our Final 2 will be either Chelsie and Makensy or Chelsie and Cam. The jury seems to be behind Chelsie and I'm confident she will take out the win. She would also be a great winner and representative for the season. Any other outcome I don't think I would be very happy. I'll always remember this season as one of the best, regardless of who wins. What a belter of a season. Pretty much perfection up to the Jankie week. I don't know why they even bothered going back to a twist that wasn't received well when they did it two seasons ago  it's hard to produce a season that is flawless from start to finish, usually at some point it get uninteresting. This season had a great run overall. My three picks for America’s Favourite Player: Angela, Tucker and Quinn. Chelsie's win brings us one step closer to the All-Winners All-Stars Season for Season 30. With CBS' 50% BIPOC Diversity Target for their Reality TV shows, it only looked like an All-Winners season would be possible for a shorter season, rather than a full Summer season; but with Xavier's, Taylor's and Jag's wins we're finally almost ready to have this happen (I know there are other BIPOC winners but these three back to back has been great to see). Someone needs to make sure Jun books off Summer 2028. Edited October 4, 2024Oct 4 by Aaron.
October 11, 2024Oct 11 Author They really should have made last night the 2-Hour Finale. I'm still so annoyed the Final is on Thanksgiving Sunday, I'll have to watch later in the evening! Makensy: she had the template to be a strong contender this year, I thought she was going to be an Angela 2.0. Makensy's problem was that she was too passive at the beginning of the game, and really prioritized Chelsie in the Jury phase. I've never seen someone go into a week with a plan who they wanted gone, only to be misted by someone every week. She's going to have a hard time talking herself of making these questionable moves every week that never benefitted her and only benefitted others. Chelsie: for me she would be the best representative for this season, she absolutely should be the winner. Sometimes the best seasons end up with a questionable winner, or terrible seasons end up with a great winner. This season was amazing. Chelsie as a winner would be amazing. I'd be pretty choked if she came 3rd, but, nothing surprises me at this point. I don't know who she's leaning towards taking, but she wins (hopefully) in any situation. Cam: I have nothing to say really  I mean I can blame the edit on not having a strong opinion of Cam, but looking at what the Jury and Housemates are thinking - doesn't sound like they have much to say either. I think he loses against Makensy and Chelsie. Normally I would be upset with someone carried this far in the game, but taking a look at the moves made every week - Cam did a good job of protecting himself this season. Kimo: I will give Kimo a little shout out being the last Queer housemate this year - 4th place is an amazing accomplishment and he's done the community proud. I do wish he was a bit more activated and won a few more competitions. HOH Part 1: Chelsie won The new Jury Roundtable host was announced yesterday as well. It's Taylor Hale. Taylor is an excellent representation and face of Big Brother. Her win and Jury speech still brings tears to my eyes. With that being said, I felt there were stronger options to consider with more Big Brother experience. It's not lost on me that Taylor was a recruit and has really only seen a handful of seasons. She was also never a Juror, however, is that really a requirement? Will wasn't a Juror on Season 2. Will was a Juror in Season 7 - but, he was the last evicted and was always going to vote for Mike. The only other two that I felt would be a fit was Derrick and Dan.
October 14, 2024Oct 14 Can't believe this season is over  what a wild ride it's been, and such a huge treat. Next year's going to have a lot to beat. Chelsie's a brilliant winner and hugely deserving of the prize and unanimous win, I'm glad the jury were able to vote with their heads and not be bitter despite some bumpy jury management (not that Makensy's was better). Ending up in the final 2 despite not winning the final HOH is a testament to Chelsie's ability to manipulate and get what she wants, so the evidence was right there on finale night if anyone still needed confirmation. Obvious winner for AFP but Quinn finishing top 3 in a vote from America after they voted him onto the block was an amazing moment, I'd hoped he could make the top 3 *.* unquestionably the three biggest stars of the season in the AFP top 3. lol at Kenney getting ignored all night x
October 15, 2024Oct 15 It was a somewhat predictable finale but I wasn't at all disappointed. I was surprised at Chelsie winning the final vote unanimously, and didn't realize she never received any votes to evict (due to winning AI arena). The AFP top 3 was exactly who I wanted, would've been happy with any of the three winning. The segment with the pre-jurors was wild, I know not everyone agrees based on comments I've seen, but Julie truly chose chaos for it. And charcuterie-gate was my favorite moment so I loved them playing the clip for everyone  It's refreshing to know that Big Brother can still deliver a season as entertaining as this one!
October 15, 2024Oct 15 Chelsie played honestly one of the best games ever? Top 5 at least. Probably the best female winning game alongside Jun for me. At points I feel like she had bad jury management, but she pulled it back, or rather she strategically got rid of all threats week ahead of the final, but that’s valid too  a bit of both, but both sides are impressive. To play a perfect game is no mean feat, especially in a season as chaotic as this one. She was playing chess 10 steps ahead of everyone else. Makensy has to be one the worst players to make final 2 but that doesn’t take away from Chelsie’s excellent game. This is up there with the greats for me, I would say it’s the best season since 14 and a top 5 best season ever. It’s been quite a while (probably season 17!!) since I’ve actually been sad to see a season finish and not be glad that it’s over or felt like it dragged or been boring. I mean the last couple of rounds were boring but it always is in BB. I have to agree about AFP too, I feel like there is always the most random person in the top 3 but Angela and Tucker were the stars of the season and then it could have been Leah or Quinn and either would have made sense, it felt like those 4 deserved to be up there as they defined the season.
October 15, 2024Oct 15 Author I woke up yesterday with no Live Feed updates or Summary of the house events for the last 24-hours, I still can't believe this season happened, and that it's over  I would agree this is the best season since Season 14 and likely will end up being a Top 5 season overall. Chelsie played a very commanding game, she won power when she wanted to but also had a heavy hand in influencing the game when she was not in power. She picked up allies at the right time but also equally discarded her allies at the appropriate time as well. Winning 7-0 against a player that had a resume like Makensy's is impressive. I don't think I've seen someone work so hard for 2nd place. I'm glad it ended up being Chelsie/Makensy because Cam in the Final 2 would have put a damper on the Finale. For me this season only went sideways during the Jankie week. The endgame was somewhat predictable, but it always is around Final 6. A Final Attempt To Rank This Cast: 01: Angela 02: Tucker 03: Quinn 04: Chelsie 05: Leah 06: Makensy 07: T'Kor 08: Kimo 09: Rubina 10: Cedric 11: Brooklyn 12: Joseph 13: Lisa 14: Cam 15: Matt 16: Kenny Angela was really one of a kind and this season wouldn't have been the same without her. I had no doubts I was going to put her in first place. She deserved Top 3 for AFP as well. Thank you Angela for a stellar season! Tucker as well, it's great to see someone that was Prejury make so much of an impact in a positive way. Quinn as well absolutely deserved a Top 3 AFP position. I hope these three come back! Also: RIP Reindeeer Games I guess
October 29, 2024Oct 29 Author @1851270454108922251 I mean, they revived Jankie for a reason  Great decision if they bring this twist back next year, it just worked so well this season.
