I've not seen the other movies, but I saw the trailer for this at the cinema a few weeks ago and thought it looked good (was particularly drawn in by the presence of a cat :heehee:), and since it's a prequel, I might give it a go.
June 28, 20241 yr Such a great prequel! The human side of the story had so much warmth and heart. Also, the cat was an absolute STAR! So cute! One thing that was irritating me though (and I *get* why it was done) was how it was centered around Lupita's character pretty much just wanting a pizza... like... ARE YOU OK!? GET YOURSELF SAFE AND GET PIZZA ELSEWHERE!!!

July 17, 20241 yr Author The fact that Frodo the cat was the second most important character made this right up my street. The ending was so emotional, honestly I was almost in tears when she gave the cat to Eric so that they could both get to safety, and he read the note about taking care of him :cry:
July 21, 20241 yr I watched the first two films last night having found they're both free to stream on Channel 4. It was my first time watching having not really had it on my radar before. I'm looking forward to going to see this now
