Ooh both on 36's, must be due another batch of 39's I predict!

Gran canaria contestant, 5 weeks on holiday, I'm jealous, sunshine and pub quizzes and beaches. Maybe I should do another break soon!

Round 1: 39 helped by getting the movie song title right this time after getting it slightly wrong for that act's 3 in 10 last week. Yes I rushed to the Guinness Book Of Hit Singles to double check, I am that sad

Round 1: 39

Round 2: 39

considering I feel jet-lagged and aching back this morning this score is miraculous, the questions just fell into place!

Round 1: 27

Master Blaster, the year, Aretha Franklin

3 in 10: 3 Genetic Engineering, Messages, Talking Loud And Clear

Had a go at TTTT last few days, I'm def not as good as that one. So back to Ken:

round 1: 36 Kim Wilde - trying to work out how to do spoilers, not paying attention. That's my excuse! (There is no option for them that I can find)

round 2: 39

3 in 10: 7

I'm not sure how to implement spoiler tags in the new world either so we'll have to proceed with caution when opening the thread.

Jumping back in today anyway:

Round 1: 30 (didn't get: Pet Shop Boys, Kim Wilde)

Round 2: 27 (didn't get: Dean Friedman, Elvis Presley, Steely Dan)

3-in-10: 3 ('Mr. Blue Sky', 'Evil Woman', 'Shine a Little Love')

It should be OK if we all do the quiz before looking at the thread. I am a day behind so not the best start, I'll do today's later, I only glanced at your answers.

Wednesday:

Round 1: 33 Five Star

Round 2: 33 Slade, Backstreet Boys

3 in 10: 3 Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart, Empire State Of Mind, Empire State Of Mind Part 2

Got the first one from it appearing in the no.7 poll and I don't know if Ken would have accepted the third one as well as the second.

Round 1: 39 😃

Round 2: 21 Shalamar, Dean Friedman, Elvis Presley, Steely Dan

3 in 10: 3 Calling America, Twilight, Rock'n'Roll Is King

I've been waiting for ELO to come up for a long time.

Well done John and Rollo for the 39 yesterday! I did think the 3-in-10 artist would go down well on here.

today's game:

Round 1: 30 (didn't get: Gary Moore, Freiheit)

Round 2: 36 (didn't get: Elton John)

3-in-10: 2 (What Is Love?, New Song) - oops a mind blank after that but the song titles Ken reeled off were familiar

I didn't know that a Terry Hall and Sinéad O'Connor version of 'All Kinds of Everything' existed until today, unexpected song choice!

Yay 39's !!

Round 1: 39

Round 2: 33 forgot Rachel's surname momentarily too, got it a heartbeat after the clanger ended, and one year out.

3 in 10: What Is Love, Things Can Only Get Better, Pearl In The Shell, Hide & Seek
