yep its on there...I'm sure they must have used some promo trick to make the top 40...its not taking off on iTunes at all

Mine hasn't updated either, but at Chart Refugees they have an advertising banner for I-Tunes (like the now 66 one on here) and that has the top 5. It seems to update before the actual Itunes store.

Timbaland has been making ground on Mark Ronson all day, expect his stay at the top to be short...

 

That said I believe mark Ronson will have a FAR greater level of longevity compared to Timba and co.

Great for Timbaland and Beyonce!
