Is it actually anything announced though??

Judging by the title, it seems that this is going to be an album / a compilation including all of his standalone releases (minus the ones as Love Regenerator, unless they might be tacked into a second CD) since 2015.

I don't want to get my hopes up until its 100% clear, but that would be so awesome!

I assume it's a non-conventional way to do so? I mean, it hasn't been properly announced yet what this means, but the aesthetic is similar to 18 Months, so it leads to make me think it's an album.

I agree and I apologize for jumping on it, but it was so unexpected that I want to believe that it's indeed an album coming because I don't find any other logic behind that post.

All the hits from HDIYL and a bunch of new tracks would be epic (maybe even Ocean if its not gone forever).

although to be fair the original 18 Months had barely any unreleased material on it either when that came out: two thirds of that album (excluding the interludes) were pre-album singles!

Maybe 96 months is how long it has been since the release of the original album Motion and it's just a reference to that.

Another reference of the title is that Adam mentioned (in an interview if I remember correctly?) he was sick of EDM back in 2016, hence the reason why he decided to do Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 a year later and it's been '96 months' since that.

Out tomorrow. 17 tracks. It's a compilation album from his standalone singles, including three releases under Love Regenerator.

This is the album/compilation available on Spotify. I wish it, at least, would have been in a chronological order of release, but I guess putting "Free" as the first track is going to help that.

 

That is a little underwhelming, but at least nice to have all the singles collected together. Some physicals would have been good.

That is a pointless greatest hits album. There’s nothing from his 18 Months era

I feel ‘Ocean’ was supposed to be big single leading into this and ‘Free’ was supposed to be a new track to sit alongside the Love Regenerator tracks near the end. Obviously plans changed and decided to put the Compilation out anyway.
