Radio 1 Anthems Live happening at Bradford Live on 15th November. The lineup includes Busted, Tinie Tempah and Pixie Lott. Charlie Hedges, Dean McCullough and Lauren Redfern will be hosting.

Pete Tong's Essential History of Dance returns for a second run of episodes after a fantastic batch of genre related eps previously. Looks like he's doing specific years, starting with 2000 from this Saturday at 7pm on Radio 1 Dance.

A lot of them still are because RMC are always asking people to WhatsApp them while [Artist] is in the studio.

A couple of schedule notes for December. The Radio 1 Sound Of 2026 artists is going to be announced on the 2nd December as there is a show from 6pm-8pm replacing Future Sounds. On the 4th December in Matt and Mollie's and Going Home slots, there is a Radio 1 Biggest Songs of 2025 show with the show description saying that Radio 1 plays the biggest songs of the year!

Life Hacks with Lauren and Pete is on from 20:00 - 21:00 until Wednesday, Future Artists and Future Pop have been pushed back to 21:00 - 23:00. Anyone know why this is happening?

I believe the Biggest Songs Of 2025 thing is a made-up chart chosen by the presenters, think we will also have an Official Chart Of The Year show
