songs that you've heard 100s or even 1000s of times like Sometimes or A little respect

vs tracks from the 00s I've never ever even heard about and you're probably stream oncde

I'm only listening to the post 2000s ones for the rate to see what sticks in my mind and what doesn't. Surprisingly nothing is awful, a few nice but nothing great but more are actually decent and you find yourself humming.

I thought 'Breathe' was a big single from the 2000s for them? I'm surprised people here don't know it! (and it's absolutely wonderful :wub: I'll be rating that highly!)

Thanks! I must admit my love for them stopped in the 2010s so listening to most of those for the first time

the older biggies tend to be more memorable from repeat play over the years, so I thought the fairest way to judge is to take personal chart positions as the main guide, but with some moved up or down here and there, as I also struggle to remember post 2000 stuff, but I genuinely have rated quite a lot of them - though there MAY (or may not) have been less chart competition than in the 80's :D

Ridiculous- Went through the entire playlist over the last few days marking those I liked, those I loved, and those I wouldn't be voting for. In the last category i had the grand total of 8 so I've narrowed it down to a top 50 after a whole week!

Many of my favourites aren't even singles, they had so many great tracks

I will take part. Gonna give the later songs a spin.

Oh there are many songs from the 00s that I remember, actually quite a lot

but after 2007 nothing at all, zero, nada :D

So I've settled on my 30- now to put them in order. This is genuinely the toughest rate I've ever done I think just in terms of narrowing it to 30 songs.

I can't imagine that the results of this one will match the previous one, there wasn't that many people who took part and it was definitely skewed towards a few of us with specific taste. Very much looking forward to seeing how this one pans out ^_^
