The 1 January 2011 charts were reran due to a computer error which led to estimated sales of physical product being added due to a missing day of sales. It doesn't appear that any singles chart positions were affected though.
I believe X Factor Finalists 2010 (which had significant physical sales) were initially announced as #18, then revised to #22.

Changes from the initially ran singles chart to the revised one:

#18 N-Dubz - Girls (+1, originally #19)

#19 JLS - Love You More (+1, #20)

#20 McFly/Taio Cruz - Shine a Light (+1, #21)

#21 Jessie J - Do It Like a Dude (+1, #22)

#22 The X Factor Finalists 2010 - Heroes (-4, #18)

#89 Eminem - Not Afraid (+1, #90)

#90 Kylie Minogue - Better than Today (-1, #89)

#92 Kings of Leon - Sex on Fire (+1, #93)

#93 Robbie Williams/Gary Barlow - Shame (-1, #92)

#94 Journey - Don't Stop Believin' (+1, #95)

#95 Lady Gaga - Bad Romance (-1, #94)

#147 Mumford & Sons - The Cave (+1, #148)

#148 Bruce Springsteen - Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town (+1, #149)

#149 The Waitresses - Christmas Wrapping (+1, #150)

#150 The Beatles - Hey Jude (+1, #151)

#151 Lonely Island/Akon - Just Had Sex (+1, #152)

#155 Enrique Iglesias/Nicole Scherzinger - Heartbeat (+1, #156)

#156 Nicki Minaj - Right Thru Me (+2, #158)

#157 The Script - The Man Who Can't Be Moved (+2, #159)

#158 Valjean Quartet - Bring Him Home (-11, #147)

#159 Jona Lewie - Stop the Cavalry (+1, #160)

#160 Westlife - Safe (-5, #155)

#198 Alexandra Burke/Flo Rida - Bad Boys (+1, #199)

#199 Kesha - Take It Off (+1, #200)

#200 Edward Maya/Vika Jigulina - Stereo Love (Originally not Top 200)

n/a Selena Gomez & The Scene - A Year Without Rain (Originally #196)

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance being revised down from 3,426 to 3,424 (only 2 copies) was enough for it to change from #94 to #95, with Journey - Don't Stop Believin' sales staying static at 3,425!

Faithless single incorrectly titled "ONE STAP TOO FAR". Has there been any other typos?

Thousands.... it all depends of course on what you consider a typo and whether it's one that was intentional. Sometimes an act will be mis-typed - an act in 1992 called Sole was credited as Soul. Catalogue numbers where sometimes mis-typed with the Z becoming a 2 I've just been adding the 1992 Gallup Top 200's to the database and you get 2 or three per month where the chart title is a little off form the record title it should be.
