Out of top 25 as it's a year old (a so called 25/52 rule)

Thanks. Looks like it just made it last week. Hopefully it still has some life left in it.

And with that... Lady Gaga becomes the first woman in history to have a song spend 50 weeks in the top 10 on the Hot 100.

Fantastic news, and I see it further climbing up with more Taylor tracks dropping.

Wonder if it can climb into the Top 10 biggest Billboard Hot 100 songs of all time list…

Its days are numbered now gaga

It's now set to depart the Hot 100 after the rule change.

That’s ridiculous, literally announcing it the minute Shaboozy went recurrent as well!! Such major sabotage!

It's not out of nowhere as it's end of their chart year this week and it is very welcome if you ask me (even though DWAS is one to suffer).

EDIT: I don't like that that 25/26 rule though - seems like too early to vanish completely even though I think that a song with a bullet can still stay on chart even with the new rule.

Yeah, I guess in hindsight it’s a good idea. I didn’t realise it was the end of their chart year.

I known ARIA did something similar recently.

It is a shame DWAS suffers though.

DWAS has done 994k this year so far. Expected to do 1m+ next week. However, it is expected for "Beautiful Things" to knock it down to #7 in the EOY chart next week by the end of the year. I think it'll end up between #8 and #10 by the end of the year. Most likely #9 as "Love Me Not" is doing bigger numbers.

Die With A Smile rose in many countries today on Spotify, including:

🇧🇪 Belgium — #35 (+5) (24,560)

🇦🇺 Australia — #45 (+4) (103,819)

🇰🇷 South Korea — #59 (+5) (14,879)

🇨🇱 Chile — #90 (+13) (52,568)

🇫🇷 France — #97 (+9) (95,457)

🇦🇷 Argentina — #140 (+35) (56,189)

I can see stabilising further too, as I can somewhat vision ‘Die With A Smile’ being quite a background festive song (when the radio gets a break from Christmas songs from festive seasons, I imagine the likes of DWAS would be one of those priority tunes played due to the softness and homeliness touch of the song).
