Thanks for running this Roba, Leona is far and away the best Xmas record of this century for me. It retains it's charm and does well on radio and the download chart each year, but the streaming companies continue to bung it far down the playlist. In terms of actual real sales I'd bet it's still the top track.

That’s a good point, does anyone have the real sales of some of the modern classics?

It's not even in the top 10 Christmas classics on the current sales chart.

 

(in fact it actually ranks lower in the sales chart than it does in the streaming chart! :P)

Thanks for that, I forgot they still did a sales chart as it doesn’t do much but for this it might have shown genuine popularity but even there it’s low.

Oops just caught up on this! Fab top 2 and perfect winner! I hope One More Sleep can be up there with the biggest hits each December - playlisting is the one thing letting it down. :(
