It wouldn't be changing the cars just for one track. Hungary, Jeddha, Barcelona, Singapore, Miami, Suzuka, Imola all have problems delivering overtaking. You would improve the racing across the board.

  • It was hit and miss. For the hardcore fans who hate the overall commercialisation of the sport in the past 10 years it would have been a nightmare but generally it was a perfectly serviceable event. A

  • I went to the exhibition when it was in Madrid and found it to be great! Was a nice way to spend a few hours. And that trip was bookended by a trip to Fernando Alonso’s museum in Oviedo to see the hol

I'd be interested to know what George Russell's plan was in going out so early for only one run.

Mercedes had the potential to lock out the front row.

Piastri had 5 laps left I don’t understand pitting at that point but a fun action packed 15 laps

He pitted before the safety car, had there been no safety car and he stayed out on inters the whole grid would have eaten him alive. He just got unlucky there.

Brundle commented at one point that after switching to slicks, Tsunoda was 2 seconds faster than Piastri in Sector 1 alone.

As Dobbo says it's all in the maths.

Norris was very lucky and owes Lawson a pint or two.

Lawson deserved far more than a 5 sec penalty. He's a proper danger. My least fav driver in the grid for sure.

From what I’ve seen this weekend red bull changed Max’s car now it’s faster than everyone else in high speed straights so the rest have work to do or Max is going to win the title again

Hamiltons team radios giving me life during that race! Irrespective of Ferrari terrible dawdling, the fact they're now the 5th fastest car and finished a minute behind the winner speaks volumes. The Man United of F1...

Oscar is just nailing everything right now, countering all of Max's defensive techniques. I was not expecting such a dominant win for McLaren though, most races have been very close!

Also very suspicious that once again the only lap 1 onboard not apparently available is Max... would like to see that little 'wobble' vs Lando at turn 2.

Nothing suspicious. Only a certain number of onboards are available to media companies such as Sky because of limitations on bandwidth essentially. It is available to the stewards and will be released in due course

Decent race for a bit. Piastri did everything he needed to and Norris did all the errors that he was expected to.

I have to wonder if Lando will ever start to use his brain. If he does he has all the tools to be a champion.

Max drove very well and Russell was solid.

Ferrari were too slow to make decisions again.

Othereise, roll on the European leg.

Ferrari was also very lucky, they ended up higher than they deserved to be honest

The onboard camera for Max was showing the rear view during the first couple of corners. That's why they didn't have the forward view yet.

Sky can only get one view from each car at a time for the live feed but the stewards are sent all views (on a delay), so they can make decisions. They will later release these to the wider public.
